The property was not well kept and their garbage dumpsters (in their customer parking lot)were overflowing and looked like a landfill surrounding them. Very disgusting!

Smelly room, paint dropping off pool room, outside door at the end jacked open all night, broken toaster, broken ice maker
It was clean in the inside.
Back entrance was okay where I entered from door didn’t lock at night was a little uneasy about it.
When we entered our room it was hot because the air conditioner was turned off and it smelled like salami (our kids room smelled like cigarettes). The fridge was warm and not turned on. Additionally, there were dead bugs on the windowsill and our smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag. The outside door of the hotel that is meant to be opened with a hotel room key after hours did not latch because the door frame was damaged so it was open all the time for anyone to come in. One of our beds was very old and like sleeping on springs. I don't recommend this hotel.

I liked the location
There was mold growing inside the windows in the room. The chair in the room was felt oily. In the hallways you could see all the mold in the ceiling tiles. The swimming area seemed dirty and in disrepair.

The yard/grounds were trashy; litter everywhere.

Noisy, pounding on the floor above, kids screaming in the hallways at midnight. Other people talking lourd in hallways. Poor construction a sound proofing
We arrived at night and no outside light was on. There is no elevator. Receptionist eating and wearing socks and slippers. Dirty corridor and breakfast was not in the Wyndham standard.
