The location can't be beat
Pros:

Room was nice, it was clean and quiet. The pool was quite nice, but weirdly shallow. It was fine for laps and relaxing.

Cons:

Didn't love that we failed to ensure the alarm clock was not set to go off! The beds could use an update. Mattress was old, sloped, and just not that comfortable. The pillows were awful. Requested something firmer, and while a pillow was sent to the room, it was no different. Time to upgrade the beds and bedding.

The elevators are confusing as only 1 will take you to the pool level.

Would be nice to have a cafe that offers a nice breakfast. Don't eat breakfast at the in-house restaurant. Was overpriced and the food was disappointing, as was the coffee. Seemed to be hopping for dinners though.

Great Staff, complimentary breakfast and clean and friendly atmosphere
Pros:

I really liked the warms seat on the toilet and the staff were exceptional.

Cons:

I stayed here unexpectedly when my husband was admitted to the hospital. I arrived very late and left around 8 am, so I was disappointed by how high the rate was fro such a short stay. A compassionate or hospital rate for families in these circumstances would be greatly appreciated.

Zentral gelegen
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir sofort einen Wasserkocher. Unser Zimmer war Richtung Parkseite und damit ruhig. Das Hotel und die Stadt haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Jederzeit wieder

Mattress had a crown on it causing me to roll to the edge.
Given the price breakfast should have been included

Was great
Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the way we put the guest card in the elevator. It keep falling on the ground . There’s no way to grip it . I hope soon you will have a better system because I’ll be back next august if you have some deals going on for rooms by the please notify me …thank you
