Better quality eggs

The ac was not functioning properly in the room and it was very hot. We could not sleep due to the temperature.

nao limparam o quarto nenhum dia. estávamos de 3 pessoas e não deixaram a roupa de cama do sofa cama e nem arrumaram. nós mesmos que tivemos de arrumar. não foram nem um dia pra arrumar as camas e trocar toalhas e recolher o lixo do banheiro.

Rude staff, loud air conditioning unit didn’t like the bathroom set up I could go on and on but what’s the point I want go back…….

We stayed at Staybridge Suites Pensacola for the weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

We booked a King Suite, but when we arrived Friday night, our room had a Queen bed instead. We were told there were no equivalent rooms available and that we couldn't be moved. The employee I spoke with also said they were not authorized to offer any type of refund or credit for the mistake.

The room itself had multiple maintenance issues. After one shower, the shower knob began spinning freely and no water would come out, making the shower unusable for the rest of our stay in that room. The toilet paper holder was nearly falling out of the wall, there was dust and paint splatter throughout the room (likely from recent renovations), and we even found bugs crawling around the bathroom. There were two TV remotes—one for each television—but only one worked, and even then it responded very slowly and inconsistently. The pull-out couch only had pillows and sheets provided, with no blanket.

We were instructed to check back the next morning to see if another room became available. Thankfully, the front desk associate that morning was kind, professional, and genuinely concerned when we explained that our "King Suite" actually had a queen bed. She switched us to another room and later apologized after housekeeping confirmed the bed was indeed the wrong size. During the move, a manager came to our room assuming we were checking out and rushed us, even though we still had about 30 minutes before checkout and were in the middle of changing rooms. To make matters worse, the luggage cart literally came apart while we were moving our belongings.

Unfortunately, the second room wasn't much better. The phone didn't work, so we couldn't call the front desk to request extra towels, and the air conditioning only cooled the living room while the bedroom stayed warm and uncomfortable.

Didn’t have any dish soap in kitchen area or dish rag to wipe kitchen area with. Only one bathroom had a trash can. There was not one in bathroom that had double beds….so only one trash in kitchen and one in the king bathroom.

In the bathroom area, there is not one place to hang a towel. There are hooks in the living room for coats, but nothing for wet towels except the floor. There is also no place to put a suitcase except the floor.
