The room was great
Cons:

The key didn't work to get in the hotel so we were locked out in the middle of the night both nights. We had to get someone's attention at the desk to let us in

One of the best hotels I have stayed in!
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We never had to worry about getting help.
The hotel was clean and very conveniently located to the airport and mall without being too busy.
The meals were very nice with plenty of food and healthy options. They also had the best decaf coffee I have ever tasted. Hands down.
I would totally stay here again anytime.

Wonderful!!!
Pros:

The stay was wonderful. Both the hotel and the room were impeccable. Everything was very clean and organized. Wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

The only not-so-good detail was that, first one hour before our check-out and then again 20 minutes before, the housekeeper knocked on the door. Since we were packing our things, it took us a moment to open it, and she even started opening the door without permission. That was the only inconvenience.
