Pros:

Great location. Decor looking a bit tired. Staff responsive and helpful. Air-conditioning units are in need of upgrade. Not working effectively. One room of 2 booked was changed due to noisy and not running on heating. The other rooms unit worked but not all that well.
Nice to have on site restaurant even though we didn't use it

Cons:

Marine parade can be noisy overnight in the weekend.

Great location, excellent accommodation
Pros:

Great location if you’re travelling for the Hawke’s Bay Half Marathon. The expo was across the road, start line within walking distance and a lovely walk along the waterfront
