Cons:

I booked this room as a last minute getaway for my sons wedding anniversary. I had called your staff 3 hours prior to their arrival & advised that a cot was necessary in the room.
When my daughter went to Reception to check in, the Receptionist told her next time to call earlier to request the cot!!!
Wasn't happy with that AT ALL!! As I had arranged this booking & I told Reception that!!!!🤬😡
