Our stay was very comfortable!
Pros:

Excellent hotel service and very comfortable accommodations! The hotel restaurant food was superb, and so was the service. The hotel provides a shuttle device to the airport.

Cons:

air con not working very well or they are having this settings always on idk, old tv not with netflix or screen option so very expensive food and drink and the location is only good for short stop for airport not to be an tourist

Tutto perfetto, pulizia, staff, ristorante e camera con letti comodissimi.

Cons:

Ciò che ho detto anche allo staff, è inconcepibile che in un hotel 4 stelle da 120 e più euro, non ci sia la bottiglia di acqua, è una cosa di una “barbonaggine” assoluta. Spero il direttore prenda provvedimenti.
Se proprio devi farla pagare, caricala sulla camera! Che differenza faranno 2/3 euro in più’? Non è per gli spicci, è che magari arrivi in camera, ti spogli e ti accorgi che non c’è l’acqua, cosa fai? Ti rivesti e scendi a comprarla? Mettete lì almeno un cestino così vi si mettono 2 monetine!
