Our booking was doubted due to a credit card.
Booking. Com advised us of the cancellation, we then advised or the error and correctly advised the details.
At arrival at hotel staff knew nothing of the booking.
At arrival the hotel advised they were closed , and not taking guests.
We had to find alternative accommodation.

Pros:

Tutto. Stanza comoda funzionale nuova. Bagno perfetto. Letti comodi. Personale molto professionale e gentile. Cena strabiliante con menù ricco di scelta, piatti ben presentati e di gusto. Colazione completa. Molto graditi i waffel fatti al momento. Non l'abbiamo utilizzata ma c'è anche una sala con lavatrici/asciugatrici, comoda in viaggi lunghi. E il ferro da stiro in camera.

Cons:

Avevamo scelto letto matrimoniale ma ci sono capitati 2 letti singoli. Siccome era solo una notte non abbiamo chiesto il cambio. Aria condizionata difficile da regolare. Note da golosi: manca la nutella per i waffel a colazione; il formaggio sulla pasta con i calamari.

Fijn en net hotel in de buurt van Malpensa airport met comfortabele kamers.

I’d stay again cuz of the staff.hotel was good and nice, clean too but the AC wasn’t so good

Buen hotel
Pros:

Lo mejor parking a la entrada de muy fácil acceso incluido en el precio, muy buena atención por parte del chico que nos hizo el check in que además nos habló en muy buen español. La cama comodísima.

Cons:

Cenamos en el hotel y a mi pareja le gustó pero a mi la verdad que me pareció regular, especialmente para el precio.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte.
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Am Abend war es teilweise laut und die beiden Aufzüge konnten fast nicht bedient werden da eine Gruppe Jugendlicher eingetroffen ist welche sich nicht sehr um Anstand bemüht haben.
