Great location in a sweet hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

This is a very special part of Paris, which still feels local, and I always enjoy my stays. Hotel Sacha staff are always friendly and the rooms are nicely decorated and of an adequate size - I have stayed in smaller. The bathrooms are super functional. The views from the windows are sweet. There are very good restaurants local including for breakfast and two metro stops nearby which can take you to major sites.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

AVOID THIS HOTEL
Cons:

Avoid this hotel if you value comfort, quality, or basic standards. This property is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality it falls far below that level. The hotel is small, outdated, and frankly quite uninviting.

Our room was full of defects and visible signs of neglect: damaged furniture, peeling finishes, scratches, chipped surfaces, loose elements, and poor overall maintenance. The condition of the room looked more like a budget hostel than a 4-star hotel. The photos speak for themselves.

The bathroom was equally unacceptable. A strong sewage smell was constantly coming from the shower drain and plumbing, making the room extremely unpleasant. In addition, the sink drain was clogged and drained very slowly. Since the bathroom was located only about 50 cm from the bed, the smell spread directly into the sleeping area, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably.

What was even more frustrating was that we repeatedly reported these issues to the staff, yet nothing was done. Every complaint was ignored, and no effort was made to resolve the problems or improve our stay.

To make matters worse, even the room key card system was unreliable. We experienced repeated problems accessing our room, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel claiming this standard.

Overall, this hotel is poorly maintained, lacks professionalism, and does not deliver the quality it promises. The discrepancy between the advertised 4-star rating and the actual experience is enormous.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again. Save your money and choose a property that genuinely respects its guests and maintains acceptable standards. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Bien sauf pour le problème de Clim
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et agréable avec une jolie vue sur les toits de Paris.

Cons:

J’ai eu un problème avec la Clim de la chambre, le boîtier était verrouillé je n’ai donc pas dû la possibilité de la régler. Je devais à chaque fois appeler la réception pour mettre ou arrêter la Clim.
Sachant qu’elle était très très froide.
Personne ne s’est déplacé pour fixer le problème.

The hotel is cosy and well located, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help.

Cons:

We stayed for three nights and, while we usually make the bed ourselves, it was never properly made during our stay. Fresh mugs and tea were provided each morning, which we appreciated, although the used mugs were never cleared away. We also had to request extra towels several times, as the shower leaked and caused water to collect on the bathroom floor tiles.
We stayed in one of the suites, which was a lovely room overall, but the housekeeping and maintenance did detract slightly from the experience.
