Mangel an Instandhaltung + Personal ohne Respekt für Privatsphäre + unappetitliches Frühstück.

Es gab leider nichts Positives hervorzuheben, außer, dass der Late-Check-in funktioniert hat.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war extremst bemitleidenswert und von dubioser Frische (Eier, Milch, Käse, etc.). Das Personal ist bei mir zwei mal reingeplatzt, einmal um 8 Uhr morgens und dann eine Stunde danach, was zutiefst störend und respektlos war. Im Zimmer waren Silberfische und Spinnen, das Bett selbst sehr ungemütlich mit Kissen, die wahrscheinlich mehrere Jahre lang nicht mehr ausgetauscht wurden. Eine Zumutung durch und durch.

Super Frühstück , eine tolle gemischte Auswahl

Cons:

Das Zimmer war super dreckig ! Im Bad lagen Haare auf dem Boden und im Waschbecken . Der Spiegel war so dreckig verschmiert man hat sich nicht drin sehen können ! . Die Fußleisten eigentlich weiß waren grau da oberhalb so viel Staub und dreck drauf lag . Im Bett Haare . Matratzen schieben sich auseinander. Das Hotel ist super hell hörig .

Cons:

Nichtraucher-Zimmer lag direkt an Raucherecke. Rauch zog rein. Wenig freundliche Begrüßung, der Gast ist hier definitiv nicht König! Beim Frühstück musste man lange auf das Auffüllen des Buffets warten und extra nachfragen. Keinerlei Entschuldigung vom Personal. Viele Gäste haben sich aufgeregt. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat das nur mit Kalkulation erklärt und war ebenfalls wenig freundlich. Dieses Hotel kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen.
