Nice hotel yet lacks how to handle simple things

Cons:

We paid 15,700 Rs yet they didn’t provide complimentary breakfast. They asked us to pay 650 plus gst for breakfast per one person. We check google. They was a hotel just 400 metre next to this property. We went their and had our breakfast for 4ppl for just 790 rs

Neat and clean, excellent location.

Cons:

Had a problem with the room door that didn't want to open at checkout. This was stressful as it took more than 30 minutes when I had to catch a flight
