Pros:

Neat and clean, excellent location.

Cons:

Had a problem with the room door that didn't want to open at checkout. This was stressful as it took more than 30 minutes when I had to catch a flight

Pros:

運良く？リノベーション済みのような部屋に案内されたようで、ウォシュレット付きのトイレ、綺麗なバスタブのついた部屋だった。枕元の充電プラグもユニバーサルタイプで便利。朝食の日本食チョイス、ヤクルトも置いてあり日本人には嬉しい。

Cons:

大浴場が付いているのが良かったが、電球の色や球切れなどもあり、ホテルの紹介写真にあるような明るい雰囲気ではなかった。椅子が低すぎて座りにくい。

Pros:

the location is very good, centre of the city

Cons:

the staff at the reception are very impolite.
no warmth in their words, they act as we are staying there for free. they keep trainees at the reception who dont understand anything

Pros:

Nice location near Church Street, friendly staff, clean and spacious room and nice bed. Breakfast also good.

Cons:

Some rooms are renovated and some not. No bar in the hotel for a drink, however plenty of options nearby like church street.
