Estupenda ubicación y personal muy amable.
Pros:

El personal es muy atento y amable y eso ya es muy favorable, tanto en recepción, cómo el desayuno y la limpieza. La ubicación es fantástica, muy céntrico pero sin el agobio del gótico o las ramblas.

Cons:

Me gustó casi todo, solamente 2 apreciaciones. El colchón de mi cama tenía ya mucha vida y requiere un cambio por uno nuevo mas duro. Te caiasypor un lado porque se hundía y yo peso poco. Lo segundo, qué es habitual en los Petit Palace, no me gusta nada la prioridad qué dan al idioma inglés en todo si marketing. Está claro qué el inglés es idioma internacional y yo lo domino perfectamente, pero el castellano, o el catalán, deberían tener prioridad. Viajo muchísimo, y al menos por cualquier país de Europa, el idioma local siempre está presente en los hoteles. Tan absurdo es esto qué en la ducha, por error o barrera idiomática, quien pone las botellas de jabón, puso 2 de shampoo y otra de crema corporal, pero ninguna de gel de ducha (en la pila, fuera de la ducha, si estaba la de gel/jabón). Si estuviera en castellano, o catalán y no solamente en inglés esto no pasaría. Es ridículo reducirse únicamente al inglés estando en España. En Francia está en francés, en Italia en italiano, en Alemania en alemán, en UK exclusivamente en inglés... Puede parecer poco relevante pero para muchos es importante.

Cons:

Погана звукоізоляція, двері на балконі було дуже важко закрити. Запит був на сімейне ліжко , у нас було два зсунуті і вони постійно розсовувались Але вишенька на торті це те, що два рази відчинялись двері і хтось(мабуть прибиральниця) намагались зайти коли ми були в номері.
