Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fin och god frukost.

Cons:

Vår enda invändning är att det var glasdörrar in till badrummet och det fanns heller inget lås på den dörren. Enligt managern ska hotellet renoveras inom kort och glasdörrarna bytas ut.

Расположение супер удобное! Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал, быстро помогали решить возникшие вопросы.

Cons:

При заезде в номере были грязные полы с пылью и волосами от предыдущих посетителей. Было очень неприятно.
Так же в душевой кабине нет полочки(судя по оставшимся болтаем в стене, она когда-то там была) , куда можно было-бы поставить необходимые принадлежности-бритву, мочалку и , умывалку для лица.
Ещё в ванной комнате сломаны дозатор на мыле возле раковины и плохо работает кнопка нажатия шампуня.
В некоторых местах уже сколот кафель.

The room felt outdated. The bathroom door could not be fully closed, as it was a glass door covered with vinyl. There was also mold in the bathroom, and the floor in the room was dirty.

Bellissimo hotel con ottima colazione in una posizione centralissima
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel di quattro stelle in un'ottima posizione a due passi da Passeig de Gracia, camera silenziosa e spaziosa (22 mq), colazione molto ricca e personale davvero gentile. Consiglio vivamente la struttura!Hotel top!:)

Nulla!Forse eviterei la porta sfumata a vetri del bagno per avere una maggiore privacy (essendo due amiche) e alzerei l'aria condizionata nella hall e nella sala colazione perché faceva un pó freddo...per il resto tornerò sicuramente!

Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property. The first room we were given had damaged walls with broken plaster and a very unpleasant smell. We requested a room change. The second room was slightly better and more modern, but it still had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the bathroom did not even have a toilet brush, which is a basic amenity one would expect in a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel was disappointing and did not represent a true 4-star experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Kahvaltı başarılıydı, merkezi konumda etrafında yemek seceneği çok fazla alışveriş caddesine metroya yakın. Oda hergün temizlendi. Biseklet kiralıyabilirmek güzek secenek.

Cons:

Banyo lavobosu sarı renk kirli görüntü yaratmıştı ve klozetin şekli rahatsız ediciydi.
