While most of the room was clean, there was one part of the sitting area that was overlooked.
On one night of our stay, the noise and commotion from a restaurant/bar which was open very late (past 3 am) on the Friday night of our stay made it near impossible to sleep.
The lighting in the bathroom over the sink and mirror was inadequate for seeing anything.

UItzicht van de kamer was een parkeergarage

The apartment faced onto a multi storey car park and the bin area. There was what I think was a large extractor fan right outside the window which was extremely noisey all night.

No air conditioning, too hot in the room
Too noisy, very bad soundproofing
Room for disabled guests, however the bathroom sink was too small, too low, practically unusable
Garbage not taken for 2 days, despite leaving the tag on the door

Wouldn’t say didn’t like but prices maybe slightly too high

Breakfast is simple and not as good as expected

Tivemos o azar de ficar no fim de semana do jogo de futebol. Os arredores do hotel estava lotado de pessoas e quando chegamos a polícia estava tentando dissipar a concentração. Não tinha nenhum restaurante/mercado/bar aberto para que pudéssemos comer.

I was given the room without the street view, despite mentioning at the time of the booking regarding street view room.

close to the commercial area and main shopping high street, good if this is what you’re wanting!

The noisy ceiling every time someone in the above room walks. The small TV in the living area and the big TV in the bedroom. The shower step is high. The first floor units can hear every noise from the street. The curtains are not matching.

Por dónde empezar …. Nos dieron una habitación en la primera planta que el dormitorio temblaba , cuando fuimos a comentarlo a la recepción su cara de sorpresa nos sorprendió más a nosotros que a ellos, ya que la habitación da justo a un generador de un restaurante que está abajo del hotel y no es nuevo. Amablemente nos cambiaron la habitación a la segunda planta , pero al llegar la noche comenzó la fiesta. Es imposible dormir en ese hotel, las ventanas de la habitación son muy anticuadas y por la noche hay muchísimo ruido, ya que hay bares y restaurantes que tienen abierta hasta las 4:00 / 5:00 am. Cuando se comenta en la recepción nos refieren que no es algo que puedan controlar ellos, pero bajo
Mi humilde opinión creo que el hotel si puede controlar el nivel de ruido, teniendo ventanas adecuadas al ruido e insonorizando las habitaciones, es una pena que este hotel esté tan dejado, las instalaciones deberían de ser renovadas para dar un servicio de confort a los clientes, ya que se trata de un hotel, donde uno espera poder llegar y descansar.

While the central location is good for explorations, it was noisy late into the night particularly on weekends when there are significant football matches. The windows are not soundproof, and earplugs are required to shut out the racket which lasted into the wee hours. My room overlooked a side street and the crashing of glass into bins was my too-early morning wake up call.
There is not enough light especially in the bedrooms, very dim at night. Bedside lights are fine for reading in bed but other lighting is far too dim.
