Proximity of the centre, good value for money.
It would have been great if there had been a restaurant on the premises. We were pretty tired in the evening day after a full day outdoors, would have been glad to have dinner without having to go out any more.
Comfortable beds with much needed fan to keep room cool. Good choice at breakfast. Great location with easy access to city centre.
Lack of attention to rooms e.g. difficult to manoeuvre shower screen and broken toilet roll holder. Large stain on carpet.

The location is very handy, I have stayed here quite a few times now.
The car park situation is not the best now. It was better when you could book a space at reception. The new method is far from ideal.
Centrally situated
Had requested twin room, ( my husband is tall), not available, small double bed, Staff did offer to make up bed settee, but that would have left very little room in room. Breakfast was like my memories of school dinners.
Easy and convenient for travelers overnight.
