Very comfortable as always.
Pros:

All the facilities were good. Suits us.

Cons:

We only had 1 chair in our room. Won’t stop us staying! We’ve stopped over many times. Member of Staff who served us in the bar, didn’t know how to make an Aperol (which is on sale at the bar) Spritz. After we explained how to do it, he then said there was no Prosseco, an important ingredient of said Spritz!

Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful, Room and facilities clean and tidy

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but for where it was situated at least it was quite.

Clean and convenient
Pros:

The room was a little on the small side, but was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was very large with a great selection of hot and cold foods. The staff were attentive and worked hard to keep the dishes topped up and the tables clear for new guests. The location, just off Union Street and not far from the bus/train station was ideal and was easily accessed by foot.

Cons:

The breakfast room could get a little crowded if your chosen time of eating coincided with the coach tourists staying here, but to be fair this was pointed out at check-in and was reinforced with posters in the lifts.

La struttura è discreta, ma un po’ datata; alcuni mobili potrebbero essere rinnovati. Non c’è un parcheggio dell’albergo disponibile. Lo staff potrebbe essere più cordiale. La colazione è buona
