The hotel reception was very good and pleasant, especially Ms. Richa and the entire reception team, who were warm and welcoming.
The airport transportation, both pickup and drop-off, was very well arranged by the Travel Desk and was smooth and convenient.
The food at the dining restaurant was superb, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the South Indian dishes, which were excellent in taste and quality.
The room was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with everything perfectly arranged to make our stay pleasant and relaxing.

House keeping needs a total revamp
We were disappointed with the cleaning and changing of towels.
They pulled up their sleeves after repeated requests.
I wish you could make the view from our rooms on the 1st floor a little more pleasant ---- some greenery of soughts .
