Breakfast was very good and the location was excellent.
As lady traveling alone they didn't initially give the room as per my request. I had to change rooms three times.

Nothing at all…. Extremely ill maintained hotel.

4. Paints chipping off… tiles coming off… putti put shabbily to hold tiles in place.

Richa at the reception was very kind
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. I would especially like to appreciate Richa for her professionalism, friendliness, and excellent customer service. She made my stay more pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Food was good and the breakfast was a good spread.
The checkin could have been a a lot better and faster. It took them 4 hours to check me in. That too after multiple reminders. Not expected from a Park property.
