Pros:

Lovely, attentive staff and a genuinely helpful concierge who booked us a fantastic dinner and provided us comfortable room specially named by bitu , Dominic,sanuram and Nikita . Only reason it is four stars and not five is the breakfast line got long around 9am, but the food itself was excellent.”

Pros:

The only bright side of our stay was the breakfast, which was really good. The room was dusty, and we had a terrible time with staff who did not seem bothered by my complaints/requests!

Cons:

The room was dusty. Two out of the three days we stayed they did not provide fresh towels and we had to request a few times to get the same!

5 star hotel but service like 2 star.
Pros:

The overall hotel location was great for me and the security of the hotel was topnotch. The behavior of the stuff's are very helpful and polite. Rooms size was enough. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. There was lots of variety.

Cons:

The washroom wasn't possible to keep dry as i see, their washroom's water outlet is not made in a good way, that's why it wasn't possible to keep dry. They lacked many things. They delayed so many time to pick the call for room service, front desk, duty manager. Even sometimes not picking it. And if i asked for any service they delayed every times more than 20 minutes or more. In room dining services was so expensive for every food.

IN THE FRONT DESK MS. RIYA, SHE ONLY ATTENDED US WE PAID FULL ROOM VALUE BUT SHE WAS ASKING FOR THE PRE- AUTHENTICATION FOR SOME VALUE BUT WHEN I ASKED HER WHEN WE CHECK-OUT TIME YOU WILL RELEASE THE SAME VALUE IMMEDIATELY, SHE SAID IT WILL TAKE TWO WORKING DAY TIME. NOW DAY WE KNOW WE TRAVEL ALOT BUT WHO WILL REMIND THIS AND THEN SHE SAID IN HER RISK SHE GAVE US OK. YOU CAN CHECK WHAT VALUE I HAVE PAID IN YOUR SYSTEM.

I like the location with parking, swimming pool view great

Cons:

Rooms and hotel are very used and old. You can clearly see the hotel did not had renovation and deep cleaning very long time. Please be inform that hotel is not for family. The A/c system was licking in the entrance of the room the did not repair only cleaning. Toilet and shower was broken. Pictures always talks more than sentences

Great overnight stay at Chennai
Pros:

The food and staff at Lotus were extremely great. Nikita and Sreenivasan at the reception helped me keep luggages in my room during my visit to US embassy.

Near to embassy but can do better
Pros:

Location is good, though looks little old property, good breakfast , good for USA visa interview location

Cons:

Possibility of early check in even after ready to pay half day price , also no management about guest room allocation
Also basic amenities like slippers for 2 guest, hand towel were missing from room
