Enjoyable!
Pros:

The pool was amazing 10/10 - lovely and big and well maintained. Situated in a central area. Always enough towels. The room was pool facing. Room service good and food delicious. Very comfortable bed. A place to soak up the sun and cool down in the pool. Loved the bird life that lived in the large Banyan trees near to the pool. Lovely calm atmosphere and I loved the hotel decor and furnishings.

Cons:

I would have preferred a walk in shower, but bathroom lovely and clean. Preference would be to have a small carpet and tiled floor rather than wall to wall carpeting, but trivial in light of an enjoyable stay.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

We liked the Golden Tulip Nizwa Hotel on our way down to Salalah and decided to return to it on our way back to relax and to enjoy the pool. It is situated outside of Nizwa, close enough to view the mountain and enjoy the tranquility. We stayed for 6 nights and left feeling recharged. On this occasion we did not have a pool facing room, but a room facing an inner courtyard. This time the floor was tiled and there was a walk in shower. Once again all clean and a very comfortable bed. If you visit in August do not be surprised by a thunder shower. We sat next to the pool under cover watching the rain and lightning and listening to the thunder. It did not last too long and we were back in the pool.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

I enjoyed the shower, but it would be good if there was a raised section to prevent water from saturating the floor towel.

Le seul petit point négatif l'hôtel Les assez loin de nizwa environ une vingtaine de kilomètres.

Pros:

The stay was extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful and kind. The room had a great pool view and it was a great pool. The room was clean and well kept. The shower and bathroom were great as well.

Cons:

Only issue was that there were several wasps and Flyies outside our rooms and were pretty annoying when we were swimming.
