Pros:

Staff, Facilities and room. Sports pub was ambient and decently priced.

Cons:

Road work ongoing as of now, real distress to drive there at night.. look for the sign.

Property is good some things like when I arrived the booking done with booking .com was not showing in their system it took some time and same with with breakfast
2. Even though I was not in the the room the guys have entered to my room without any consent even though nothing missed who will take the responsibility
3.Side table lights were broken even though mentioned it was not fixed
4.Had issue Door key card and inform this I had to walk up to the reception which was about 1 km from room and When I asked how to contact in such kind of situation I can call from phone located in Corridor how come we gonna know there is phone and requested for phone number of reception to ring through my phone the receptionist was not willing to provide the number he said he can use the option he provide which is to find the phone in the corridor or walk straight to reception
5.Plates and dishes was not picked up after 1 night, was placed outside night and was not even picked up after 1 night

It’s a huge property very calm and seneic

Cons:

Basically it’s high time a refurbishing has to be done as most of the things has issues, like initially the locks for the balcony were rusted and not opening, refrigerator was not really cooling, and every time we left the room the card was not functioning and we had to wait for the maintainence person to come and open it for us.Also like most of the time Sauna was out of order Etc…

A lovely hotel in Nizwa
Pros:

It's a lovely hotel, the hallway area at the lobby was nice. Everything is on the ground floor so it's a nice layout and convenient. Pool was nice too. F&B staff all super friendly. The portions on the menu were excellent. Rooms were a good size, beds were comfy.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.

Best hotel found in Oman so far
Pros:

Well designed hotel with great amenities, everything is well thought of. Located in a quiet area. Variety of the a la carte meals in the restaurant. Stayed in several hotels in Oman in different cities, and this is the best so far

Cons:

Driving towards hotel in the darkness has been a challenge, although there was a signboard showing the direction towards the hotel, it is not well visible in the darkness. Also AC in the room could have been better, always generated a colder air than the temperature setting.
