La persona que nos hizo el check in (avisamos que llegariamos 1 am) encontramos puerta cerrada….tuvimos que “aporrearla@ y nos abrio un chico muy borde que bi siquiera saludo…..(llevaba cascos de musica que ni siquiera se quito) y no nos dijo ni un welcome ni good night…..muy desagradable

Le rapport qualité / prix.
Hôtel vieillissant mais propre, le personnel est sympa. Le petit-dejeuner est simple, le café est bon. Ambiance de petit hôtel.
L'hôtel est situé au début du quartier de Tenderloin qui peut rebuter la clientèle, mais nous n'avons jamais été embêtés.

Cons:

Un peu vetuste, mais comme nous y étions que le matin et le soir ça passait.

Great Location and Good Value for Money
Pros:

Great location near Union Square, in a quiet area.
Good value for money.
Simple breakfast included, which is a rare bonus.
Coffee, tea, water, and hot water available all day.
Microwave available for guests.
Friendly and helpful staff.
New towels.

The room and bed were a bit old, although everything was acceptable.
No mini-fridge in the room, which would have been a nice addition.

Posizione eccellente, vicina a tutto ci siamo mossi a piedi senza problemi. La camera molto pulita e aveva quanto serve; offrono anche una colazione dolce che non era compresa nel prezzo, caffè e tè ad ogni ora, staff disponibile e gentile

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé, proche des transports.
Le quartier est agréable, autant tôt le matin que tard dans la nuit, le quartier paraît sécure.
Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
La chambre était spacieuse et agréable de même que le personnel.
