Cazare excelentă, mâncare pe care trebuie să o comanzi cu mari rezerve.
Pros:

Foarte amabil personalul, locația este foarte bună, hotelul este situat central.

Cons:

O problemă foarte mare a fost mâncare de la restaurant, peștele comandat a fost alterat, avea miros îngrozitor, miros care a rămas în cameră și după scoaterea tăvi de servire la ușă. Deși a fost anunțată cea care a adus comanda în cameră nu s-a remediat situația. Bineînțeles comanda a fost plătită și nu puțin.

Difficilmente accessibile, priva di parcheggio, priva di un piano per far avvicinare ai clienti con l’auto.
Ho comprato quella che sulla carta era la struttura migliore con le camere migliori al prezzo più alto e mi sono ritrovato in una stanza di 10 m² dove dovevo passare di fianco tra il letto e la parete e la televisione

Very enjoyable stay with very attentive staff and would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, self service with the option of eating either inside or out with tea/coffee served to the table
Staff were very helpful with the assistant manager Matteo, going over and above expectations to make our stay memorable.
Location was perfect right in the center of Lucca..

Cons:

Hard to find fault with anything relating to our stay in this hotel..

We loved the breakfast, the personnel of the entire hotel, the public areas, the bar and the location was perfect. The Antiquities market set up Saturday morning I did hear but thought it was a thunder storm - otherwise very quiet and we always bring sound machines for better sleeping so no problem . Nice robes in the rooms but little hard for us to move around comfortably with our luggage. Next time I will check the square footage, I had assumed the Adagio room would be more spacious.

Cons:

We would have enjoyed water provided daily for us at no charge.
