Nie wieder Mariott Courtyard, sehr enttäuschend
Pros:

Modernes Haus
Hilfsbereites Personal, dass sich für die Unzulänglichkeiten entschuldigt

Cons:

-Zimmer wurde bei einem Aufenthalt vom 10 Tagen nur 2 Mal gereinigt und das nur auf Nachfrage
-Toilette war mehfach- auch ohne Benutzung verstopft, scheint in verschiedenen Zimmern ein Problem zu sein, die Mitarbeiter helfen, aber sehr mühsam wenn man abends nach Hause kommt und dann das WC verstopft ist, man lange warten muss, bis jemand kommt, da abends nur eine Person alles erledigen muss, die dann auch noch vorschlägt man kann auch früher ausziehen
-Es gibt nur einen winzigen Schrank im Zimmer, man muss während des Aufenthaltes alles im Koffer lassen
-Nachts läuft dauerhaft eine laute Lüftung, die nicht abschaltbar ist
-Der Pool ist winzig, ohne Dusche oder Umkleidemöglichkeit, abends gibt es häufig keine Handtücher mehr und Gäste laufen klatschnass durch das Hotel
-Manche Sachen in dem ansich netten Zimmer sind sehr ungepflegt, Sessel, schiefe Lampe, kaputter USB Port, schmutzige Gardine. ( s Fotos)

Room noise, you can hear every flush from room above you kept my wife up and you can hear conversations from room next to us.

Great place to stay. If issues can be resolved, we would stay there again.
Pros:

Very clean. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were very nice. It is close to gas station and a convenience store. Easily found and close to Portland.

Cons:

I was billed twice for one-night stay. Also charged $60 by the hotel. Have not received refund. Issue has not been resolved! I have messaged Booking.com and the hotel twice and no resolution a week later.

Pros:

it was a short trip. I was near Troutdale for a convention. Spent most of my time out of the building. The room was cool and well appointed.

Cons:

I might suggest making the venting in the bathroom the same switch as the light. I saw water marks on the glass of the shower and evidence of condensation on the ceiling of the bathroom - usually from not using the venting. Building is newish now, but can look under maintained if not addressed. I just spent a bunch of money on my own bathroom for the same reason so it may be particularly clear to me. Otherwise the space was very clean

Comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The bed was so comfy and the room has nice space and seating. The shower is a good size and modern, and there is a lot of space in the bathroom.

Cons:

The bathroom floor seemed a little sticky, maybe from the cleaner that is used. There is shower gel and shampoo, but no lotion. The coffee situation isn't great - the maker in the room is tiny and the coffee/cream don't taste good. There's no free lobby coffee, but there is a bistro where you can buy expensive coffee.
