First choice when coming to Boston next time.
Pros:

Location to metro, to airport but quiet environment. Room is spacious. Breakfast is having many varieties , Staffs are friendly and helpful.

One night stay in Boston
Pros:

We had a last minute change in our flight from Europe back to the west coast and needed a room for the night. We’ve never stayed in Boston so the price for the night was a bit of a surprise. But that’s the way it is. It’s close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle service. We had a comfortable bed and room.

Cons:

I’m aware of how busy this airport is so it makes sense that the carpet in the hallway was bumpy and a bit worn.

Comfortable Stay, but staff needed to be more communicative.

Location was very convenient because it was close to the airport.

The room service hard to get order right due to language issues,
Prices and items did not match the online view from TV. Seems not kept up to date food I recieve was good not e aptly what I ordered and service was fast mixed review

A good place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The location near the rail transit system was an unexpected benefit. Taxi service was easy to get. We enjoy Embassy Suites. Yes, we would stay at Embassy Suites again. The Front Desk staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The price was a little high. It was a little too far to walk to any restaurants or other types of attractions. No other comments.
