Lovely hotel and super friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Really clean and super close to the airport. The airport bus was really good and the driver was really helpful in making sure we got to the right terminal.

Es el tipico hotel al lado del aeropuerto y del centro de alquiler de coches. Además piedes ir caminando hasta una estavión de metro para ir al centro y de noche puedes ir paseando hasta un puerto y ver el skyline de Boston

Completely adequate nothing I would rave about but it got the job done.
Pros:

Location was great for ease of airport access which was the reason for our stay and accessing the shuttle was easy. As a family of five I appreciated the fact that they had suites available so our family could stay in one room versus two. I appreciated the availability of complimentary breakfast even though it wasn't available early enough for us to use since our flight was so early. The bartender was friendly and check in staff weren't necessarily friendly but were helpful when asked questions

Cons:

The room itself was pretty worn and could benefit from a refurbish. The pool was nice to have but it was very dated and very cold. The bathroom had a lot of staining that didn't necessarily indicate cleanliness as much as wear. The TV in the bedroom had damaged pixels.

Pros:

Great value for the Dollar, breakfest was very good(included). close to airport with pick up and delivery service. would stay there again.

Cons:

I wish when you look up the price you would give the ture price with all the add on taxes and things.

You turned a lousy flight cancellation circumstance into a truly enjoyable experience.
Pros:

This was an unexpected stay after a flight cancellation, and the stay exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and attentive. A shuttle came quickly to pick us up and later to return us to the airport. The pool & hot tub were open late - clean and warm. Perfect way for kids to unwind and get their energy out after a day of travel. The World Cup Celebration with free snacks in the lobby was an unexpected treat and fueled us to make it through until our DoorDash dinner arrived. When I went to the bar to purchase a soda after a late-night pizza delivery for my hungry kids, the bartender said it was on the house. (I almost hugged him!) Breakfast was varied and had something for every picky eater in our crew. Happy kids. Happy mom. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. You turned a lousy flight cancellation circumstance into a truly enjoyable experience.

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Good location with fast access to the metro station, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds

Cons:

Rooms need a little renovation. Lady at the buffet was shouting because her boss asked her to bring out more clean plates. Job is sometimes stressing but that is not a way to behave in front of customers. We were all shocked at her reaction.
