Расположение в топовой локации. Цена соответствует качеству. Свежее белье, чистая постель, удобная кровать и подушки. У нас был ранний чек аут нам собрали завтрак с собой. В общем все было отлично

Cons:

Был немного неприятный запах из кондиционера при использовании. Отключили стало все норм

Great stay… one working Elevator?!
Pros:

The hotel has a great location and very friendly staff. My 14th floor room was clean and had a wonderful AC unit that kept the room the way I like it… chilly. The king bed was comfy. Bathroom amenities were standard and fine. There was a complimentary breakfast each morning. My only knock… one working elevator. I probably would have given this a 3-star review, but all the other room features and customer service was quite excellent. I like to stay at higher-end properties, but this hotel checked the boxes and was quite good.

Please fix the elevator
Pros:

The staff is amazing! Everyone—from Jessie and Kenny at the Front Desk, to David in Maintenance, to the Housekeeping team, just to name a few—was exceptionally helpful and always went the extra mile. My sincere gratitude to them all.

Cons:

One of the two elevators was out of service during our entire six-day stay, with no apparent effort made to fix it. We often faced long waits just to get on, to the point where we usually ended up taking the stairs.

Posizione comoda per girare con i mezzi e a piedi

Cons:

Colazione ripetitiva, non abbondante e di poca qualità. Personale alla reception non accogliente. Camera con due letti Queen comodi ma camera non funzionale per tre persone: solo una poltrona e assenza di ganci o altre soluzioni per riporre i vestiti. Armadio piccolo. Solo un comodino tra i due letti. Doccia a muro fissa con vasca da bagno. Lenzuola non cambiate in 9 giorni. Cambio asciugamani bagno ok. Due ascensori di cui uno rotto per tutta la settimana e non fruibili tranne la mattina presto.

No corresponde la calidad actual a la linea Hampton
Pros:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero están bien

Cons:

El sitio donde está ubicado es un poco peligroso y a más a unos 10 minutos caminando de la estación de metro más cercana. Durante toda la estancia un ascensor estuvo dañado, varias veces debimos bajar por las escaleras incluso con maletas. Han dejado deteriorar las instalaciones del hotel, los muebles el del estar ya están pelados. Los desayunos también han bajado de calidad, varios días no tenían huevo.

I would recommend this location and I would say again
Pros:

When I first got there to check in the room that I was originally booked in had an issue with the AC so I had to wait an extra maybe 45 minutes before I could check in but during that time the front staff was incredibly kind and very, very accommodating and very apologetic for the situation.

I felt the room was somewhat small for the price that we paid, but it was comfortable
