Good location but bad sleep
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The room faced Spencer Street at the first floor and was not soundproofed. Despite earplugs and white noise, the sounds from the trams, trains and traffic made it impossible to sleep from about 5am onwards. Aircon (for fan / fresh air) did not work overnight.

The staff at reception forgot to mention that their was industrial works happening outside our bedroom window being woken up to power tools and workers at 5:30 am wasn’t great
