Pros:

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise ohne Frühstück. Zunächst hatten wir ein Zimmer mit einer lauten Nachbarschaft - mehrere Personen und Musik. Dieses wurde anstandslos getauscht und wir konnten eine ruhige Nacht verbringen.

Pros:

staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, check in was made easy. room service was great and food was good as well. facilties and ameneties were good.

Cons:

shower pressure was not great, and parking pass didnt work twice. had to have staff come help me get out of the parking twice due to ticket errors.

CIE bus tour
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We were only there one night. I can’t say enough about Husam. When we arrived he was bringing our luggage to our room. The following morning he was in the Resturant helping with breakfast. As we were leaving the hotel, to go to the airport, he was sweeping the steps in his suit. He takes a lot of pride in this hotel and it certainly shows. He is everywhere, working, to make sure all the guests are happy.
