Food in bar was excellent. Car park right beside hotel and staff very helpful

Cons:

Unfortunately we were woken in middle of night by very rowdy guests who banged on our door and woke us up

Great hotel and would reccommend but please do something with the lifts.
Pros:

Everything was as expected

Cons:

The lifts to the rooms was the only poor facility in the hotel, they were so slow compared to other hotels i've stayed in. Very frustrating but I do also understand that you were carrying out maintenance to another lift
