Noise from planes at RDU nearby and adjacent rooms. There may be ways to reduce external noises. German cockroaches are in the vents.
Location to the airport
Paid for long term parking at the hotel. Flight was cancelled so we ended up having to drive to our destination.Went back to the hotel to get a refund for the parking and was told no problem but a manager would have to put in the refund when he/she came in later that morning and to allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to go through. I called after a week for an update and was told that there would not be any refund from the most unprofessional customer service employee that I have ever spoken with. No interest at all in discussing with me or working out a solution.
The bed was comfortable
The place was dirty, not vacuumed. The coffee poured out water and the toaster was out of order so you could not toast anything! I had to yell several times before someone came to the desk. I told her about the coffee. Someone else complained that they were out of waffles and coffee and milk! Bad service
We chose to stay at this hotel because of its close proximity to RDU and early morning shuttle to the airport. We had a 5:40 AM flight and counted on the 4 AM shuttle. It was concerning that the driver arrived at the hotel late and after loading several passengers at the Quality Inn, stopped at yet another hotel to squeeze in two more passengers. However, we did arrive at the airport in plenty of time to get through TSA and get to our gate.
The hotel room was comfortable and met our expectations.
Proximity to the airport is the literal only positive I experienced during my stay.
Cockroach in room, hall smelled like marijuana, double booked my room and I woke to someone trying to enter my room at 12am, then more knocks and front desk calling my room to figure out how they messed up the room assignment. This led to 1-2 hours of sleep before a full day of travel.

My opinion no one should stay at quality inn and suites 1001 aerial center pkwy morrisville nc as a titanium member with.choice hotels I've stayed at numerous locations and this is by far the worst 8 days latter I still do not have my deposit I've called the past 2 days and have been given different times by the same person 1st day 3 to 5 days 2nd day 5 to 7 days I assume they are floating everyone's money also front desk employee tried to enter my room at 930ish pm no knock no identification thankfully I had night lash on otherwise who knows what could of happened I know I will never stay there again they give choice hotels a horrible image
Location is great. We had trouble with the room keys because the door didn’t work well. The dead bolt didn’t work and you couldn’t get the door open. The toilet wouldn’t flush very well. A staff member was able to get it to flush, but not well. We had to change rooms early in the morning because of it. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. No complaints, but we will try another place next time.
I think the building could use some updating. Some of the fixtures are old and the doors to the rooms did not give me any peace of mind. I know things happen such as toilets clog and the like, but it seemed to me that the maintenance was just enough to get something to function and not to make sure it worked properly.

They didnt clean my room? Provide trastowels or dump the trash. They jad everyone's trash line d up down the halls i set my trash out there too...they left my trash in the hall because I didnt request a room clean. Who does that?

I took the sheets off my bed and pot in floor with dirty towels and request a room clean. They put the same sheets back on the bed. Gross.

The bedrooms were decent size. Overall cleanliness was good in both rooms booked. The TV had a great variety of channels.
Parking at the hotel was small. There was a truck with a very recent busted out window. The hot water didn’t get very hot. Breakfast could have been better with some eggs, and breakfast meat to eat with the waffles.
