Could have been cleaner
All went well exactly the way we wanted it to be We'll be staying here again this is our second time.
Parking was a little difficult just a lot was full but no other problems still close.
Easy to get to. It’s around a lot of places to eat on the main strip.
The parking lot was too small. Had to go around three times before the manager came out and helped me get a parking spot.

Poor management, poor service, not able to use the ATM, no water in the room and machine to get water was not working

Realmente lo renté para descansar y no viajar dos horas desde mi casa al aeropuerto pero lamentablemente habían personas afuera del hotel y en unas habitaciones con tanto ruido que no pudimos dormir es lamentable porque es un hotel confortable, creo que deberían de poner atención a la clase de personas que se alojan en un hotel tan bonito eso hecha a perder la presentación del hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night prior our flight. This hotel is very convenient to the airport, Rooms are very clean, staff very friendly and helpful.. When flying again out of Raleigh we would choose this hotel. Pricing is very affordable as well. We left early morning so we did not have the change to experience the breakfast offered. This hotel also offers shuttle services to the airport and the ability to pay to park your car at that location. We may consider using this perk in the future - for this trip we parked at the airport.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel the need. I would not recommend staying here. It was the worst of any Raleigh airport hotel I have stayed at. The room was not clean. There were no blankets for the pull-out bed. The room never properly cooled. Everything felt like it was done "on the cheap."

The beds sleep good
The staff member I think it should be 2 employees when checking out the guy that was up there on my stay 8/8 me checking out today he wanted to have me wait and while I was standing in the line to be next he wanted to take someone else he’s short and have gray hair… I don’t want to do business with him ever again…
They should be rated higher than a 3 star hotel. A very pleasant night meeting all expectations of a hotel that one would desire.
