Nous avons été surclassés pour la chambre et avons vraiment apprécié.Le jeune homme à l'accueil nous a permis d'avoir un espace et un confort non négligeable ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine dont nous avons profité puisqu'il faisait 47 degrés. La piscine était presque en température comme un jacuzzi mais a été appréciée.
L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un rajeunissement, les installations également (à la piscine 2 échelles étaient sectionnées sans qu'on puisse y avoir accès ce qui laissait un seul accès pour aller dans la piscine. Là où nous avons été déçus c'est au restaurant. Quand il fait chaud, vous etes plongés dans la pénombre. Nous avons demandé à faire relever le store pour voir dehors ce qui nous a été accordé. On nous a dirigé vers une une table et des chaises bancales. La jeune serveuse qui s'occupait de notre table manquait de sourire, de convivialité ou peut-être d'expérience. Au niveau repas, rien à redire : tout fut délicieux. Mais on sentait auprès de l'ensemble du personnel de restauration une certaine nonchalance. Dommage.

Sehr exclusives Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Es gibt es Restaurant, eine Bar, ein kleines Fitnesstudio und vor allem eine schöne Außenanlage mit drei Pools und einer Wasserrutsche. Wir hatten ein großes Apartment für 6 Personen, das sehr sauber und geräumig war.

Location, Location, Location!
We have stayed at this resort three times on different occasions. The first time we found and booked it through Tripadvisor, and after that we started booking directly with the resort. They often have good deals and different events you can sign up for, so it’s worth checking with them directly.
We even brought my in-laws on the last trip so they could experience the serenity & relaxation we love.
The location is one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back. The resort has great amenities for both couples and families, but one thing we learned quickly is that when you go really matters. Depending on the event schedule, your experience can range from peaceful and relaxing to complete party town! I definitely recommend checking the schedule or calling the resort before booking. The staff will let you know if you’re coming during a busy event weekend or a quieter time.
We learned this the hard way on our first visit because we happened to arrive during one of their water ski events. It was chaotic, crowded and definitely a party atmosphere. Once that crowd left after the weekend, though, Monday through Friday was completely different—quiet, beautiful and incredibly relaxing for a couple. Now we know to check before we go.
The staff has been amazing every time we’ve stayed, including the resort staff as well as the employees at the restaurant, store and pool bar. I have a food allergy, and the chef made it a point to make sure I was taken care of each time, which I really appreciated.
We liked the resort enough that we eventually purchased a timeshare here that we can use at this resort or at other locations. For us, it has been worth it.
Another huge plus is that you can walk from the resort down to the main area. It’s a beautiful walk along the cobblestone streets, and the stores are lovely to browse. You can also walk across the bridge and have an excellent dinner at one of the restaurants sitting right on the water. I can’t remember the name of the restaurant right now, but the seafood was amazing and I highly recommend exploring that area for dinner.
One other tip that is worth knowing: one of the resort pools is open to the public if they pay for access, while another pool is reserved for resort guests. Because of that, I would not recommend letting people into the private areas if they don’t have a badge or key card. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of having a quieter pool specifically for guests.
Overall, we highly recommend this resort, especially for couples, but I can’t emphasize enough—check the event schedule before you book! The same resort can be peaceful, relaxing and almost empty one week, and then chaotic, loud and sleepless during a major event.
The resort is very clean, the staff does a wonderful job, the location is excellent, and during the quieter times it really is worth coming here for the relaxation. After three stays—and eventually buying a timeshare here—we obviously keep finding reasons to come back!
Staff were good, clean rooms.
We were there Friday, Saturday and left on Sunday. Only one elevator was working. Had to walk very far with luggage.
