Isolation intérieur insuffisante bcp de bruit venant du couloir et lumière du couloir passant par le batti de la porte de chambre.

they gave us a faulty room with no air conditioning and Alvaro said that we will speak to the manager the next morning and be compensated but they ignored us.

Great value and prime location
Pros:

We loved the location—it's close to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter, with a metro station right across the street. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, tidy, and had a stylish design that made the stay feel special.

Great. Literally no notes
Pros:

Room was surprisingly clean and comfortable for a 3 star. It was a little pricier but not unreasonable given the fantastic location. I appreciated regular replacement of towels, water bedding etc. Extremely generous staff and helpful with leaving bags after check in calling us ubers etc. I would happily stay there again.

Tante attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi ed eventualmente la stazione della metropolitana a 50metri dall'albergo.
Quartiere molto vivace e sicuro, pieno di negozi e locali, a due passi dal mare

Pros:

Location excellent and the staff super helpful. Great choice at breakfast. Very clean and well maintained. Good quality furnishings. The rooftop terrace and plunge pool were a great surprise not to be missed.

Cons:

Our room was a little small for my liking although our friends were lucky with double doors and Juliette balcony.!! No plug in the bath so had to settle for shower.

We had a very enjoyable stay with great amenities & a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was very good with a great variety of options, and the rooftop bar was a nice added touch.

Convenient location with extremely accommodating, pleasant and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional. Conveniently located, with easy transportation via the Metro to other parts of the city.

Cons:

The room was small as was storage space. The closet was difficult to access.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in a popular location.
Pros:

The helpfulness of the staff. The little touches in the rooms. The lovely terrace. The breakfast selection.

Cons:

The central location meant it was very noisy, I was woken up both nights by noise coming from the street below.
