Wonderful hotel with a great lobby and a good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast and the lobby

Cons:

We had a room on the first floor and could hear street noise. But it is the holidays season so it’s a noisy time of year.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. They were also very accommodating and kindly helped me arrange a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

Cons:

The only disappointment was that the hotel advertises a pool, but it's actually just a small jacuzzi rather than a real swimming pool. If you're expecting a proper pool, this may be misleading.

Nice hotel in good location with rooftop bar and plunge pool.
Pros:

Very friendly staff at check-in and welcome drink was offered - nice touch. Reception area and bar/ lounge very nice and full of character. Rooftop bar had great views across Barcelona. Truffles were left in our room, which we appreciated too. My mother is coeliac and at breakfast efforts were made to accommodate this with gluten free bread products. Thank you!

Cons:

We booked a family room (double bed plus a pull out single bed. This resembled a hospital bed and was not very comfortable. The configuration of our room was quite odd, with an internal window looking on to a wall. Given the price the room was a little disappointing.

Super nice hotel at a reasonalbe rate. It's in a great location for accessing all the key sights by foot. Comfy beds and very quite despite being right on a main road. Highly recommend.

Nie było klimatyzacji. W pokoju 28 st. Obsługa wysyłała nas po 5 pokojach i w każdym był piekarnik. Obsługa nieprofesjonalna, złośliwa, obrażona że został zgłoszony brak klimatyzacji. Dopiero po interwencji menagera hotelu dostaliśmy inny hotel, w którym mogliśmy spędzić czas komfortowo. Tego hotelu nie polecam. Za to hotel z tej samej sieci przy porcie- super.
