The stay was pleasant and quiet.
Pros:

The room was large and very clean. I loved that the temperature was comfortable and stayed consistent throughout the room.

Cons:

The only issue you that I had was entering the hallway of my floor had a strong odor. Once I was in my room, I was unable to smell it.

Horrible the staff is trash!

The hotel itself is nice! The staff horrible and trashy

Cons:

The staff didn’t accommodate my stay what i paid for and didn’t want to deal with me as she stated she was the manager Candace. Walked away from me and said she was calling the cops she had to much to deal with. I paid for a 2 bedroom suite as i was there with my 4 children one being an adult moving into college so that accommodated us. And was told that they don’t have those suites there’s. That the 3rd party is wrong but on there actually website they have the 2 bedroom suite as well. My experience there was all less than a hour it was all bad. The manager on duty is un professional.

Pros:

I enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. My a/c went out and they immediately moved me to a new room!

Pros:

It was a great clean and large space.I like the dark blinds. The space was very cozy.

Cons:

It was not busy. Very little people there. Needs more advertising.Organize and clean up the entrance. Using air freshener and even fake flowers would help with the environment. Atmosphere.

Uncomfortable and sketchy.

Cons:

Pretty much was catfished. The property was run down and felt like a glorified Motel 6. Actually I’ve seen nice Motel 6’s than this hotel.

They overbooked the room selection and were “kind enough to upgrade us. It felt like a downgrade and instead put us in a sketchy room that felt like a place that would be a murder scene with a detached smoke detector. The shower and black scrapes, there were 2 AC units (living room portion/ bedroom) one did not work. The artwork was a bit strange and the walls were giving white padded room. The pool was dirty and the elevator was horrible. The rooftop area was falling apart and was extremely sketchy. The so called spa was a tiny room.

There absolutely should not be a resort charge here. If I had any other options I would have left to a better hotel.
