Loved it all! What a terrific stay! Laura from the front desk was so thoughtful and attentive!!
Everything was more than perfect! The staff is amazing, the rooms are very comfortable, everything in the resort is more than excellent.
Very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and not too busy. Plenty of beds and umbrellas available at the pool at any time of day.
Breakfast was quite limited for a 5 star hotel. Extra items such as pancakes and omelettes required an extra cost. Most mornings I had to go and ask for coffee as nobody came to my table to take my order. The coffee took a long time to arrive once it was ordered. I would say it is more a 4 star hotel due to the breakfast situation. We also didn’t eat once in the hotel for dinner as the restaurant food was quite limited.
I also didn’t like when we checked in to the hotel that the receptionist recommended a 5% tip at end of stay, he said this is what is generally people are adding on at end of stay. Tipping is generally discretionary in Italy but I felt pressured to do so.
Le parc
Chambres sombres
Tutto! Meravigliosa
È perfetta
Amazing hotel with thermal baths. Very welcoming and helpful stuff. Great facilities. Very calm and relaxing. Pets are welcome almost everywhere (except for the thermal baths).
Breakfast is a bit limited, fried eggs, pancakes etc are paid extra.
Beautiful setting, staff were all amazing. Food was excellent.
Bed was small for a 5 star, rooms were small, the spa was nowhere near 5 star, I was quite disappointed with the facilities and how run down it was in quite a few areas of the hallways, the gym was too hot to work out in, we both struggled and ended up not going again after, it was always 25+ degrees
Spa treatments were great.
The room with the balcony we had was subpar - the carpet was horribly stained and the walls were peeling and need of repair. The food at the restaurant was not great. We had chosen the half- board, so we were sadly disappointed in the quality.
The Hotel , the pool and spa are superb ( our second stay)
Treatments 7 days a week and with the Grotto , pools and steam rooms plenty of choice . Surprisingly quiet even on Sunday
Restaurant: for a five star hotel the menu is limited
It was good but little restricted and unimaginative menu
Plus suggestion of a relaxation space in garden for guests
The place is outstanding and totally worth the money. The breakfast is amazing!
The pillows weren’t good - very slim and thin which caused us a little neck pain.
