The spa facilities were amazing. Evening meals were great (the steak was fantastic!) and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was extremely easy having my daughter's cat with us....
It was obvious we were given a 'pet' room even though we only had a cat with us. It was at the back of the hotel and constantly dark and under the toilet was stained yellow. The breakfast needs to be better... the fruit provided was a bit manky, the orange juice was terrible and one day we were given cold boiled eggs that had come straight from the fridge. We were able to get hot boiled eggs the following day on request but it shouldn't be a thing to have to ask for hot boiled eggs. The quality of the breakfast let the stay down....
We also tried the spa floating which although we don't regret trying, it was an odd experience. My daughter felt very uncomfortable during part of the float.

Col prezzo che si paga alcune cose vanno riviste:
Nel menu con la mezza/ completa pensione non puoi scegliere tutto, ci sono portate che se vuoi paghi extra. Purtroppo la scelta non è vasta e la seconda cena o prendevamo cose extra altrimenti era uguale alla prima sera! L'ingresso alla grotta è un extra di 50 € x 50 minuti.. per gli ospiti il costo dovrebbe essere compreso. Poi le piscine dovrebbero avete l accesso dall'interno ed essere un pochino rimodernizzate. In quella esterna accessibile anche agli esterni molti idromassaggi non funzionavano.
