Happy and Satisfied.
Pros:

The location is very near Dotonbori..very convenient. Near the station and some places to visit. Food is everywhere and if you needed quick meal or snack Lawson is just below the hotel and few steps is a Family Mart…The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very accommodating and nice. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks so much.

Buena calidad-precio
Pros:

El desayuno fue lo mejor ya que era tipo buffet y también que podías comer en el area común ya que tenía microondas, agua, te y cafe gratis. Y la lavandería era barata para ser Japón y ser del hotel.

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo per la sua posizione, che si è confermata eccezionale. la camera non era molto grande, ma ce lo aspettavamo, e siamo comunque stati molto comodi. Il letto è un po' più duro di quello a cui siamo abituati, ma la sera arrivavamo talmente stanchi che non ha fatto differenza. La colazione era buona, con opzioni dolci e salate. Sempre a disposizione l'acqua calda e fredda, così come il the. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di portare nella sala comune cibo da fuori, per quando non abbiamo avuto voglia di mangiare fuori.

L'aria condizionata negli spazi comuni è molto forte, c'è abbastanza freddo nei corridoi e nella sala comune

Pros:

Overall it's good.
Last year I wasn't able to rate and I want to commend a lovely staff who went an extra mile to help us hail a taxi.
Not only did she call for a taxi, she went down to help find one which at that hour was rather difficult to find.

Pros:

Super emplacement au cœur d'un quartier très sympa d'Osaka, propre, petit déjeuner et salle commune sympa et accueillante (possibilité de rester, café offert etc.)

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite, et la salle de bain exiguë. Mais ok pour un point de stop confortable et bien situé.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location, very close to the stations and the shopping areas/ Dontonbori. Everything about our stay was perfect. A special thank you to all the staff, who were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!
