Pleasant and welcoming
Pros:

The room was tidy and nicely decorated. We really liked the aesthetics in the entire hotel, it gave a splendid vibe. The staff was welcoming and polite.

Accoglienza proprio non ci siamo per niente !!! Neanche il benvenuto. Ci siamo meravigliate di non aver trovato neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua e ci è stato risposto che avremmo dovuta comprarla al CONAD

Modo di fare della reception che all'arrivo abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare. Ho più volte telefonato per chiedere letti separati ma abbiamo dovuto dormire nel matrimoniale offendendo perché hanno messo in dubbio la richiesta. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche le asciugamani che mancavano.

Cons:

De harde matras, en ik had een verzoek geplaatst voor een soft matras en 2 extra hoofdkussens… maar toen ik aankwam was hiervan niets te bespeuren?!
Enkel de frustratie van de eigenaar was te voelen toen ik S’morgens incheckte en ik kreeg geen goede morgen?!
Ik had een late vlucht van Brussel en kwam bijgevolg laat aan op Marco Polo AirPort Venezia…
Dit vond de eigenaar niet kunnen???!!!
Ik had geen keuze om een vroegere vlucht te boeken, alle vluchten waren volzet, door het Film Festival de Venezia…
Ik had de kamers gezien op de website en de kamer die ik kreeg toegekend was een klasse lager dan op de foto’s en de doche lektte enorm op de badkamer vloer!!! Het bad linnen was perfect , spijtig hing er een muffe geur in de kamer en heb een halve flacon Hermes parfum gebruikt om deze te camoufleren!
Ik wist niet dat er zoveel muggen waren en en ben dan ook serieus gestoken geworden en moest naar de apotheek voor cortisone om de zwelling te stoppen!
Ze hadden toch voor een muggen apparaat kunnen zorgen? Dat heb ik dan nadien gevraagd en bekomen…

Struttura molto carina, servizi da migliorare
Pros:

L’Hotel Conterie si trova in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo centrale di Murano, una posizione molto comoda sia per visitare l’isola a piedi sia per raggiungere facilmente le fermate dei battelli e spostarsi verso Venezia o le altre isole della laguna.

La struttura ha un’atmosfera piacevole e caratteristica, in linea con il contesto di Murano. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la presenza di diversi terrazzi e spazi esterni, che permettono di ritagliarsi qualche momento di tranquillità durante la giornata. Sono angoli molto piacevoli e ben curati, ricchi di piante e sedute.

Cons:

La colazione lascia un po’ a desiderare. I prodotti sono tutti confezionati e non ho trovato alcuna proposta salata, nemmeno qualcosa di semplice come un uovo sodo. Avrei inoltre preferito un caffè preparato almeno con una macchina da bar, piuttosto che con la classica macchina automatica industriale tipica delle grandi catene alberghiere. Da un piccolo hotel locale mi aspettavo un’attenzione maggiore sotto questo aspetto.

Un altro problema importante riguarda la connessione. Nella stanza in cui soggiornavo il telefono non aveva praticamente campo. È presente il Wi-Fi nella struttura, ma il segnale non raggiungeva quella zona dell’hotel.

In sintesi alcuni servizi essenziali andrebbero migliorati, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato per notte.

wystrój pokoju stylizowany na dawną epokę

Cons:

bardzo słabe śniadanie nawet jak na warunki włoskie. Obsługujący pan automat do kawy i napojów bardzo niemiły, kawa beznadziejna, na śniadanie słodycze pakowane w wersji mini.
