The suite was nice. Love the two bathrooms. Although small by American standards. House keeping did a great job.The front desk staff had excellant communicate skills and willing to assitance with transfers and just overall helpful with all our needs. It felt safe. Enjoyed free wifi.
The mattress was hard we brought our own pillow top so it was made it bearable. Did not care for breakfast but in fairness my spouse liked it. The elevator is small and laughing indicate it can hold up to six people it holds 3 at the most. The photos are deceiving and make rooms appeared larger than what it is. Soft drinks are costly. There is no ice machine or signs indicate there is one. Coffee maker was difficult to use.

We stayed in Roma for a few days after our cruise. The staff was amazing, kind, and very attentive. Definitely worth another visit!!! Our flight was early and they packed us a breakfast box to go!!!!
The location was perfect. We walked to everything. The room was perfect (for how long you're actually in it.) Hotel was quiet and clean. They cleaned our room everyday and always gave us fresh towels. The service at the desk was amazing. Whatever we needed they were very accomadating. But outside was amazing!! Not far from the Trevi, gelato shops, restaurants, bakery (that has the best pizza in Rome), a grocery store and more. We will be going back to this hotel and told friends about it for their stay in November.
Lo staff era disponibile, visti i molteplici disagi
Ingresso angusto, corridoi stretti, ascensori che non funzionano, aria condizionata non autonoma, colazione anch'essa in una stanza nascosta (non capisco perché non usano il ristorante di sotto oppure il rooftop).
Il rooftop non abbiamo nemmeno potuto vederlo perché vi era un evento privato (e non puoi nemmeno salire per 5 minuti).
Si, l'hotel è in centro ma se esce qualche politico come è successo a noi non è proprio possibile raggiungere l'hotel con nessun mezzo e nemmeno a piedi.....
Hotel con excelente ubicación. A 1 minuto de la fontana de Trevi. Tranquilo a pesar de estar en pleno centro. Personal muy servicial y eficiente. Gran trato por parte del personal.
El desayuno es mejorable. Falta variedad sobre todo si lo comparamos con hoteles de cuatro estrellas. Las instalaciones quizás necesitan algunas mejoras o actualizaciones. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Los horarios de limpieza. Tuvimos que reclamar la limpieza todos los días siendo las 16 hs.

The room and bathroom are very clean.
The first night it got very hot in the room and the next morning I called and someone came to check the air conditioner and he found that the breaker had tripped. I’m t was this way when we got there, I think someone should make sure everything is working when a guest is about to arrive at a hotel.
It’s in an area where there is a lot of people and it’s very loud, you can hear everything that’s going on outside.

Not much. Very small and outdated
Room was very small and uncomfortable. Noise from the street was at all times of the night. Bathroom sink was clogged and the shower was extremely small, even for myself a woman 130 pounds. My son had a difficult time showering. I will never stay here again.
Breakfast good, although fresh fruit salad would be a lot better than tinned. Choice was wide ranging and generally good. Buffet help yourself. Offered 20% voucher for evening meal at restaurant, so we took that on one day.
minibar noisy and very small. Hardly worth having it. Air con wasn't working on arrival.
