Good location but would stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Close to every attraction.

Cons:

Small rooms, a few rude interactions with staff. Lots of inconsistencies in house keeping and turn down service.

Beautiful, elegant stay in a beautiful, elegant city
Pros:

Everything was great - the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect next to Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio with beautiful view of Duomo from rooftop bar. Bar and breakfast were lovely. Rooms were beautiful!

Overall good few tweaks needed to make it excellent
Pros:

Location perfect

Cons:

Breakfast more variety of hot food, lots of flies on food.
Room faced out onto scaffolding and a street full of rubbish which was noisy at times.
Had to ask for more coffee several times
Tv kept switching off on its own maybe electrics issue
