Pros:

早餐很丰盛，只是因为我们住了五晚，每天都是吃一样的还是有点腻。

Cons:

房间空调系统有问题，不能关，也不能调节，外面37度，室内18度，三个人中两个人冻感冒了。我们三楼的房间只能看到屋顶，不能看到河面，略有遗憾

Nice position in lovely Florence
Pros:

The property was in a great location it was quiet in our room. The breakfast was exceptional and the dining room it was served in was lovely.

Cons:

The property appeared to have some issues with it looking a little tired in places. We had to move rooms because the tap in our room would not stop running. One of the reception staff was quite abrupt and pretty unhelpful.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were great and very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was a great location. Quiet enough at night but within a few minutes to all the major tourist sites. I really loved the rooftop bar. Can't wait to visit again!

Ho apprezzato la posizione dell'hotel e le dimensioni della camera

Cons:

Purtroppo l'aria condizionata non era regolabile e quindi 21 gradi per me sono una condizione di troppo freddo. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla reception di spegnerla perché non c'era altra soluzione. Per gli stranieri forse va bene questa temperatura ma per me risulta troppo fredda.
