שמי קורין אפוטה הגעתי עם בן זוגי למלון ועדיין לא היה חדר פנוי הלכנו לטייל וכשחזרנו קיבלנו חדר. בזמן שאנחנו בחדר לא רוצה להרחיב בנושא זוג אחר קיבל מפתח לחדר שלנו ונכנס לנו עם כרטיס!!!!! חמור מאוד הרס את כל השהות שלנו.

I'd give it a miss for now but could be great in the future.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and most of the staff are very friendly indeed, the breakfast was superb as always.

Cons:

The rooms are in dire need of renovation. I've stayed in a superior room a couple of years ago and that was rough, damaged furniture, worn out chairs etc. I was told that upgraded rooms had been renovated so for this time I stayed in a deluxe room, I asked to be put in one of these rooms to be told that renovations havent been started. The deluxe room was no better, tired, old, stained furniture, wallpaper peeling, a massive lack of power outlets among other things. I would recommend choosing another hotel until these supposed renovations are actually started and completed.

Cons:

Tuve que pagar 2 veces porque reservé por booking utilizando una tarjeta que después de 25 días en Europa estaba sin cupo y simplemente me cancelaron la reserva y no me devolvieron el monto que ya se encontraba cancelado.
Tuve que efectuar una nueva reserva que resultó ser de mayor valor que la anterior. Esto evidentemente estropeó los último días de nuestro viaje.
El aseo de la habitación no era bueno
