Wonderful stay in the heart of Budapest - great neighborhood and spa experience.
Pros:

Really enjoyed the spa experience and the room was absolutely lovely. The hotel provided a very kind champagne and cake to celebrate a birthday as well.

Yes, the room signage is terrible🙈
We were in room 5106, leaving the lifts going to our room for certainly the first time is not very clear at all. A staff member should trial it like we did, not showing left or right for our room !

Location was perfect, and pillows were the best ever.

Cons:

Some things needs bit of improvement for a 5 star hotel, like damages on walls, but that doesn't reduce the quality in general
