Excluding room service 100% good
Pros:

Resumption concierge front dest personel. Restaurant and staffs overhaul hotel was excellent as expected .
Unfortunately housekeeping was not efficient and attentive
I had to call several times for different deffigencies
( light not functioning. . Toilet nit flashing properly . Cline box empty for two days
The room. Was not vacuumed and undoubtedly daily service was as of a 3rth class hotel room
Compared to Corinthians Lisbon
Fortunately we were spending very short time in the room.

Cons:

All the rest of the staff were 110%evening in there dutys so we approved

The staff seems to be untrained. They have charged my card twice for my stay and have not yet responded to my request for the reversal.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, I love that the gym was 24 hours, staff were very kind and professional, good location. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast bread is absolutely and totally fantastic.

Cons:

The pillows were may be too soft? I wished there were options.

We had some issues with some construction noise really early in the morning on two days of our stay. Really loud. The staff handled it with a lot of care and understanding and we think that it was coming from another business on the bottom level. We were offered a different room, however, the room was a smaller than our current room so it did not really make sense for us to switch…but we felt heard and felt the response of the staff that we interacted with was appropriate.

Excellent 5 star experience
Pros:

The attention to detail and comfort of guests was unparalleled. We have stayed at many hotels around the world and this was by far the best experience. Coming back to our room after a busy day of touring was pure joy.

A good base for a stay
Pros:

The staff helped with outings and taxi advice. Breakfast and evening meals were very good and the bed very comfortable. Even watched some of the world cup in the bar .

Cons:

The area could be better, we had a bad taxi experience from the train station and would advise people to book taxis by app or through the hotel
