Instalaciones muy viejas. Servicio del personal en general deficiente. No había doorman para ayudar al llegar

Hotel é antigo mas bem bonito. Estava tudo bem limpo, área de lazer é grande. Nos quartos tinha entrada USB-C o que me salvou para carregar celular pois havia esquecido o adaptador de tomada.

Buen hotel puede mejorar el front desk

Cons:

Alargue el viaje y tuve que hacer dos reservas , lamentablemente eran de habitaciones de diferente tarifa , El staff de front desk no pudo organizar para hacer un upgrade de habitación y juntar ambas reservas . Al hacer el cambio de habitación tampoco pudo organizar para entregar la habitación antes , quedaron de avisar por email cosa que nunca sucedió.
La gente de front desk no tuvo mucha disposición de ayudar .
