Everything was very dirty on outside inside was not much better. Thankfully the linens looked clean but had holes that looked like cigarette burns. The floors and corners of walls were dirty the bath tub was in bad shape with cracks and chips. We found hairs on and around the toilet. I always have sanitizer wipes so I had to reclean the toilet gross. It's also right next to freeway and sadly the rooms had no insulation from the freeway noise. We had a room facing the pool people partied all night and it was so loud I felt like the party was in my room!! Could not sleep neither could my kiddos very disappointed.

Very nice front desk personnel on arrival.
Very nice housekeeping staff. Room/bath very clean
Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Outdoor noise from parking lot (incl several GIANT, construction-type trucks parked there - maybe crews were staying there mid-week?) permeating the room during early AM hours was first scary, then inconsistent with sleep. I eventually learned to use television and A/C to create white noise. Poor insulation from around door/HVAC?

Cable television provider offered a lot of options but functioning of TV remote was just awful.

Pros:

Very clean very nice rooms with the bonus of a delicious breakfast!!! Thank you

Cons:

Price went lower after booking and i lost out in $125 not sure why it went down not up other than that i was very pleased

Good, comfortable stay
Pros:

Rooms are upgraded and clean. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable.

Cons:

One night there were bunch of guys standing in the corridor and talking/hanging out. Not sure what time it was, but probably after midnight. Woke up to the voices and couldn't fall back to sleep. This situation is beyond the facilities control. But may be the rooms could be more sound proof?
