The main lobby looked good and the rooms look updated.
The place was good, the door wouldn’t 100% close so you could hear the cars on the highway all night. The rooms floor could have been mopped better. Stocks were black.
Comfortable beds.
Floor of room was filthy. Pool sides were filthy. Cigarette buts, trash and foodstuff on sidewalks and parking lot. Room wasn't ready at check in time. Facility needed maintenance; wall patching.

Loud AC. Dated bathroom: loose shower head, poor water pressure.

Clean rooms, and friendly staff
This looks location is perfect for our family visit. The hotel is clean and safe. The room was spacious and we'll appointed. The morning breakfast was toaster food but had plenty of variety.
Overpriced
The only positive was the location for where we needed to be, but otherwise disappointed with the place overall. The room was clean.
It is NOT like the normal expectation that we thought this LA Quinta would be, it is not the same quality of other La Quintas that we have stayed at before. This was more of a slightly one step above a low grade Motel. The rooms are not accessed “inside” the complex, the rooms are outside doors access. The breakfast area was so small that everyone was bumping into each other and the breakfast choices were unappealing and sparse.
Easy access to things
The property is very poorly managed. No follow up on the many issues or concerns we had. The rooms are basic. No amenities except a coffee maker. No lotion or other niceties. Just pre installed shampoo,conditioner and body soap in the tub. The phone in our room did not work. Asked several times to replace, nothing done. No luggage rack. Said they ran out. The room service was so delayed. At 6pm our room hadn’t even been cleaned. Finally got my own towels on my own from maid. The breakfast was beyond horrible. Frozen French toast that wouldn’t even get warm in their toaster. Only protein items were Luke warm sausage links and hard boiled eggs. No salt! Only pepper. Yogurt that came out of a machine that was more like curdled milk. Overall, just such a poor facility.
Very clean, well appointed rooms. Very comfortable bed and arguably the best shower of any hotel at which I’ve stsyed
