My stay wasnt horrible but i will not stay at another in the future.
Pros:

bathroom and sink were full with hair. not cleaned. smashed cup was left in coffee maker. air conditioner made a noise often keeping me awake.

Cons:

needed cleaning and A/C fixed

Was ok but not completely wow'd
Pros:

Bed seemed comfortable, coffee was good, lobby was nice

Cons:

Floors were filthy, like they weren't even swept or mopped (have pictures) i used a wash cloth and wiped up part of the floor on my hands n knees after going barefoot on it after just checking in and took my shoes off and my feet were filthy black and had hair on them, there was food or crumbs on the floor under the nightstand and what looked like a broken pink pill on the floor by the bathroom, the bathroom door corner at the bottom was very poor looking, was definitely unsure if the bedsheets were even clean or just made up after last customer checked out...didn't care much for the bathroom sink being right there as soon as you opened the door just seemed in an odd area...

The pros and cons
Pros:

Bed was really comfortable. Able to take nice long hot showers. Our room with view of lake was great and pool area was spacious with really comfortable seating.

Cons:

Had problems with my phone when in room being not able to open apps due to really slow connection. Wasn't giving any information about hotel wifi connection.

Offered 3 rooms, never once tried to offer any thing for our check in issues with the nasty rooms. Stated “if our rooms

Convenient location right on the lake

Cons:

First room 219 had a bug on the bed no idea what kind, but it was alive and moving, multiple stains on pillows and blankets, sheets so we were moved. Second room had pee all over the toilet, trash in all of the cans, and mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and around grout. Third room was fine.

Pros:

The location on the lake is nice.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms have significantly gone down hill. There were long hairs all over the bathroom floor and short hairs all over the toilet and the tub. The breakfast used to be really really decent, but they have run out of cereal, the juice machine was broken and no plastic utensils. Spills from the previous day and trash that has been setting and not taken out in a couple of days. Very disappointed.

great choice for a budget friendly stay without sacrificing safety.
Pros:

great lake view and they offer breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the bed was pretty comfortable and it smelled clean everywhere

Cons:

i could see the hallway light through the door frame and there was some stains on the ceilings and walls but it was very clean and smelled good

Won't be returning
Pros:

The view is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel unfortunately.

Cons:

Staff wasnt very welcoming upon arrival.
Our room had stained sheets and hair. They did give us another room but the 2nd room had stained bed fitting as well.
The lounge chairs outside had the sponge coming out and was torn, badly, on all the lay down chairs.

Breakfast was the powder eggs and biscuits, sausage links and potatoes. Cereal and bagels.
Unfortunately, we won't return to this hotel.
