Pros:

When you booked the room, it says buffet breakfast, but that is not a buffet breakfast That was more like a continental breakfast

Pros:

The room was large and wonderful. And the view was amazing. Love being able to walk right to the lake. No mosquitoes either

Cons:

We had the superior king which was great but wish we could have gotten a king balcony room but need a sofa bed which those don't have. Brunch would be nice too

The location was good since we had our boat. We could dock it.

Cons:

We had two rooms and both had a bad smell. One was worse than the other. When my son sit on the bed it moved. There was mold all under both beds, under the night stand, at the head of the bed and on the base of wall. I did tell front desk and they gave us another room but just one. Apparently we were not the only guest that had bad mildew smells in our rooms. One person down the hall from us and then another in front of me durning check out let front desk have a piece of his mind about it.

There were too many animals and the pool wasn't clean and we had to clean the tub before we used it.

Good but could be better
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, shower was clean and has great pressure, nice to have the shampoo and body wash too.

Cons:

Quite a few superficial cosmetic things that showed age and neglect. Stained lampshade and curtain, rusted lamps, dirty picture glass, weird paint flaws. Lights flickering or out around the patio area, sliding door didn't lock. Toilet was very loud and plumbing under sink visible.

Very disappointed with uncleanliness.
Pros:

Good location with great views

Cons:

Pool was green, put a lot of shock in it but pump never kicked on, other people said it was clear compared to Friday. Also the gate was always open at pool as well as back door had a towel in it so it was locked. Safety for kids or someone that couldn’t swim. The bed, headboard and around were dirty. I seen the pool guy was the cleaning guy as well. We couldn’t breakfast, the pans and displays looked as if they had not been cleaned either. We were very disappointed in this place.
