Good great location
Only one Elevator was working and it was extremely slow. Ice machine not working on my floor. Old stained mattress and tub.. needed more towels.
Breakfast was decent.
Room was very dirty, sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and dirty bed sheets, the AC unit was very loud and durty we couldn't sleep well, there was a big mold spot in the ceiling, Also only one elevator was working and it was very slow.

Very minor but no directions on how to make waffles, most places have that.

check in was not good had ti wait 2 hours to check in cause no rooms were cleaned and they were very short staffed

I did get a room with a walk-in shower. Had no problem
The one thing that did bother me is that the walk-in shower flooded over.
We stayed at this hotel a couple of times and it was great. The hotel is in a wonderful location, has a wonderful potential. The breakfast was lovely.
This time our room was dirty, the reception staff was not friendly or accommodating. The elevator is extremely slow and we ended up using the stairs instead. The A/C in our room did not stop running all night even though we raised the temperature. It was extremely loud, impossible to sleep.

Shower in 121 was very bad!!!!
It was just a walk in with a cheap curtain. It wasn't installed properly (curtain) was hung to high. Water ran out all over the rest of the floor.
We arrived at 3:30, (check-in is at 3) We were 3rd in line. The first man was told he would have to wait as his room wasn't ready, that took about 10 minutes to tell him that. The second in line had a confirmed reservation that showed he pre-paid. The system showed that he had 2 rooms and didn't pay. There was only one woman at the desk. They tried everything for this man, he and her both tried calling the home office, the manager on duty, back and forth for over 30 minutes. One guest even cut in front over the now forming line to get her snacks paid for and the lady took care of her, while the rest of the line stood there. The man had to get to a wedding, so he told them to just check in in and he would come back to figure it out. By this time we were concerned ourselves, as the lobby had guests already sitting around with their bags waiting on rooms to be clean. Finally, it was our turn, and yes, our room was not ready. So, we also were sent to the lobby to wait with everyone else. One guy waited so long, he ordered door dash and had pizza delivered in the lobby. Finally, another employee was brought to check in the line of people and rooms were getting cleaned and we were able to get a key. This is all unacceptable. We will never stay at this location again.
Nice stuff and the pool was refreshing.

The location was good, food was not hot, eggs were over cooked. Need cereal that is not presweetened.
Everything was ok the staff was friendly
The elevator wasn’t working and the one that was working it’s extremely slow I was on the 3rd floor and had Dj take the stairs
