Pros:

Toppenhotell med toppenläge! Blev mer och mer nöjd med läget! Lugnt och mysigt läge men nära till det mesta! Fräscht med vänlig personal! Frukost ingick och det va ju en bonus. Rekommenderar verkligen, återkommer jag till denna stad så blir det samma hotell

La ubicación, muy céntrico, es ideal!
El último desayuno no pudimos hacerlo pues teníamos que salir muy pronto, nos prepararon un picnic, muchas gracias!!
Hotel muy correcto relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Camas para mi gusto algo blandas, pero ojo! es mi opinión.
Desayuno correcto, no es malo ni mucho menos.

Pros:

Vynikajúca poloha hotela a milý personál, fajn vybavenie izby, čistota, raňajky pestré, tichá lokalita. Ak bude príležitosť znova cestovať do Prahy, určite toto bude prvá voľba 🙂

Location was good - a quiet area. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable

Cons:

The customer service was terrible. There was no one to assist with luggage, no towels or slippers were provided, and not even an iron. The breakfast was very limited. I will not be visiting again.

Skvělý, útulný, čistý hotel...
Pros:

Lokalita je skvělá. Moc se mi líbila čistota hotelu. Byli jsme zde i před dvěma lety a úrověň se vylepšila. Velmi čistý hotel. Stejně tak se vylepšila úroveň snídaní. Byla jsem mile překvapena, velkým výběrem, moc mne potěšila vařená zelenina k snídani. I pro lidi s intolerancemi zde byl velký výběr. Výběr různých dobrot a pečiva, palačinky....Dokonce v tak malém prostoru vymysleli obrazovku na které se promítá procházka Prahou a opticky prostor zvětšuje. Velmi ochotný personál, neustále uklizené snídaňové stoly. Skvěla obsluha, stálé doplňování jídla...Moc mile mne to překvapilo, děkujeme....

Cons:

Zvětšit snídaňovou místnost, ale chápeme, že to je v hotelu neřešitelné.

Wyjazd bardzo udany. Hotel świetnie skomunikowany więc można się wybrać w każdą stronę Pragi bez problemu!
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cisza, uprzejmy personel. Bardzo dobre połączenie komunikacji pomiędzy lotniskiem a hotelem.

Cons:

Brak wody w butelkach w pokoju. Niezbyt dokładne sprzątanie. Śniadania średnio smaczne.

I'm sure Prague has better options for this price
Pros:

Location. Right next to trams and to the river. Quiet street.

Cons:

When I went to the reception to ask for an extra pillow, they couldn't give me one because they didn't have the key to the storage room. Whoever had it had left at 5pm. Also, very uncomfortable mattress.

Pros:

Umístění hotelu v blízkosti centra. Možnost ponechat zavazadla po skončení pobytu. Recepce 24/7.

Cons:

Ve sprše nám neodtékal sifon, takže jsme měli vodu v celé koupelně. Řešit tento problém po 23hod nebylo příjemné.
