We had to park down at a paid parking sight down the hill in queenstown away from the accommodation.
Room was warm, bed was ok, Close to Town if you want to walk.
We were lucky to get a car park which was great as a lot of properties do not have parking or you have to pay so that was a bonus.
Breakfast was until 10.30am, we got there 10am and not much to choose from and was cold or really overcooked, so that was disappointing, although we complained it went on deaf ears which is not good service.
Food Quality was not good and should have been fresh from the start to finish.
Location, friendly helpful staff, fresh rooms, comfortable bed and good shower.
Parking is first in first served, but they have plenty of parks just not outside your room
We just absolutely loved everything about the room 🙂
There was nothing we didn't like
Room was beautiful, comfy! Location was great
The hotel landline phone kept ringing in the middle of the night and early morning! It was weird and eerie because no one answered when I picked up the landline!
Everything was amazing

Room 303 - comfortable and clean. Good luggage rack - best we have seen in a hotel room. Practical.
Builders doing refurbishment in from of our room was a little disappointing - couldn't open the curtains without them being able to see into our room.
Good room with partial views of the lake. Was clarn and tidy and the staff we all excellent.
Brand new bathroom, very clean and comfy.
The parking is tricky, maybe allow for allocated parking per room?
It was only walking distance to the centre of town. Adequate parking. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We were there over Easter and it was cold. The radiators upstairs didn’t work very well and difficult to regulate for the kids, they were too hot or too cold.
The room wasn’t cleaned well, there were empty beer cans under the beds.
