Great stay
Pros:

The room was great, beds were so comfy. Can not fault anything, laundry was great, I was on point and got it done.
Close walking distance to town.

Great location for a short stay
Pros:

Location was great and plenty of parking. Rooms felt nice but nothing too flash.

Cons:

Shower pressure was pretty poor. Beds ok but not great. The breakfast was not worth the money. Most of the food in the warmers was pretty cold.

Comfortable and very well located, with lovely staff, but let down somewhat by noise and limited parking.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and left us a lovely note wishing us a happy honeymoon, which was a really nice touch. Our room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was excellent — we could easily walk into central Queenstown.

Cons:

The main downside was the noise. Our room was close to a bend in the car park, so we could clearly hear cars passing, doors closing and a delivery van parked right next to our window. We could also hear plumbing/banging noises from the neighbouring room when someone was showering, so the sound insulation could be better. Parking was quite limited as well; on the first night we had to leave the car on a nearby street. Breakfast was a little basic, but acceptable.

Overall excellent value for money and was very comfortable and a great location!
Pros:

Fantastic location to the heart of Queenstown CBD. Very comfortable beds and lovely and clean. Great view of the lake from our room. Having parking available was awesome. Onsite restaurant and bar is a great bonus too. Rooms were spacious and had fantastic space for baggage as well as chairs to sit on inside and outside.

Cons:

Lots of steps and changes of levels to get to upper floor room which wasn’t clear when booking and would be a real hassle/nightmare for those with limited mobility or lots of baggage. Room we stayed in wasn’t particularly sound proof and was a little disruptive in the early morning with staff moving around in the restaurant kitchen opposite us and delivery trucks coming into the property.

Not bad
Pros:

Room was clean and location was good as you can walk to the town on foot. Queenstown is a very busy place and it’s very hard to find parking. You need to pay parking everywhere.

Cons:

The parking is very limited. You have to park on the street if it’s full. It was hard to carry a lot of baggage.

Pros:

Everything! Clean, cosy and nice room. Quiet and dark at night so nothing to interrupt your sleep. Staff were super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early and also located and held an item for me that I left in the room so I was able to pick it up.
