Very professional staff and amazing property overall
Pros:

We absolutely loved the property. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional food and service. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Always calm and friendly. The room was amazing and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great too and filled with many Greek delights. We will be definitely going back.

Fantastisch verblijf in prachtig hotel direct aan het strand, fijne zwembaden, op geweldige locatie, en zeer vriendelijk
Pros:

Prachtig hotel aan privéstrand, ruime kamer, heerlijke grote zwembaden, zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Je wandelt zo de boulevard op langs alle gezellige restaurants, barretjes en winkeltjes.

Cons:

Waar het hotel verder niets aan kan doen, was toch wel de arrogantie van veel mensen die daar verbleven. Hoe sommige mensen de medewerkers behandelden was beschamend.
Verder was het bij het ontbijt niet duidelijk (ook niet bij navragen) waarom je bij bepaalde tafeltjes niet mocht gaan zitten. Veel mensen wilden graag buiten in de schaduw zitten, maar er waren teveel tafeltjes zonder parasol en dan kon je alleen binnen zitten.

Gorgeous hotel with great amenities and swimming!
Pros:

Gorgeous property, excellent ocean swimming, great service, comfortable and clean, good water pressure, soft and clean and big bathrobes, wine in room was actually excellent, I honestly would not say this for most hotels around the world. I would stay there again and fully enjoy swimming at the beach and my balcony bathrobe wine time :). The staff at the breakfast, dinner, room service, check in are all kind and lovely. (Random side note; I really like their uniforms, and check in white fig they give you). You can really tell the service is trying and even the beach towels feel fresh and clean. They will replace your towel whenever you want. But the towel stand closes a little early if you’re swimming in the evening. Overall I loved it and it is very worth it. I wish this was the level of hotels in Hawaii, so instead of that I will try to come back here soon! *Came back to add; it was so great that I actually forgot to mention; the parking is gated and the check in parking guy is nice and the parking is easy, available, and included. Normal elevator situation- easy access to room/parking/swimming. Breakfast &coffees, wine and other foods were good. Beach service and room service after ordering came fast/great. Excellent water pressure, thank you! Driving aroundthe Peloponnese for the 1st time, I didn't know what to expect and Greece blew me away, but this hotel was a highlight among highlights as far as relaxing and enjoying the hotel. It was the only day I didn't do the sightseeing I had planned for this part-because I just spent the whole day having freddo cappuccinos, and swimming at the hotel-time well spent! Thank you for evening Greek music which also ended at a good time for sleeping. Thank you for not blasting music so we could enjoy the beach / wave sounds! Even their reply to my review here shows their professionalism.

Cons:

Their app lets you see the menu but not order anything- I was thinking the whole time like I want the app to be integrated with ordering room service/ beach food and to pay that way too so I can give tip by card/ my phone. (My apologies if it actually does work that way and I just missed something). The beds and linens are fantastic- but I want the sheet around the mattress to be more tucked in or a mattress cover or both because it kept coming off when I turned. And the shower water is nearly impossible to keep in the shower stall so please give more bath mats to use. Also just a note to the kitchen; within the dinner Ala carte restaurant we had a buratta salad dish (nice), tempura prawn (nice), wine/bread (great), and lobster risotto (really bad). So I don’t think it matches the rest- please just check on that if management sees this. These all are super minor in the grand scheme and I would love to be back and hope to be soon! Every staff was lovely and felt like a human after staying only a couple days, I would recommend longer - and swim in the ocean daily! *edited to add, please provide a drying rack for the balcony- I asked for one and it was provided, and it helped a lot. Considering we swam like 3 times a day, it is needed. I fully appreciate the gorgeous view and property, and balcony views, but a nice little drying rack is really helpful to dry all the swimwear in constant use on the trip. PS thank you to the team/ lady(sorry I don't know her name who provided that so fast).

Perfect weekend getaway
Pros:

The Hotel was recently refurbished and had a very calm and new feel to it, the staff were very polite and great in making you feel special and at home. The facilities are exactly what we wanted and although we stayed over a busy weekend the hotel, the pool and the beach never seemed crowded. The pools are large and have a great view of the sea and Taygetos mountain. This was the perfect weekend gateway for us and we cant wait to go back soon. We found that the rooms overlooking the pool and sea were the ones to go for. The rooms on the outer side of the hotel courtyard may not be as nice as they overlook the car park or the adjoining roads.

Supposed 5 Star Hotel in Kalamata where the rules management makes , are not Guest Friendly
Pros:

Clean property , nice Pools , rooms etc . Gym a disgrace . Had 50 year
old set of weights.
Food left a lot to be desired
