All guests and visitors must be registered at the front desk with physical ID. Acceptable forms of identification include Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC nationals, and a passport. A UAE driver's license is only accepted for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above forms of ID. || A damage deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected by credit card. The property was clean , I had the ambassador suite very spacious . The spa was the best ( had a lovely facial )

The resort offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious rooms, and a great waterpark experience for families. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the variety of amenities makes it a an excellent choice for a family getaway. The mini forest in the atrium is simply breathtaking and creates a wonderful feeling of being close to nature. It gives the resort a unique charm and a refreshing, tranquil atmosphere.
Some areas could be improved in terms of service efficiency and overall guest experience, particularly during busy periods.

The Supreme Room was clean, spacious and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We also had a great time at the water park, which is family-friendly even for younger kids.
Overall, a lovely family stay with excellent service!
Avoid bringing too many belongings to the waterpark unless you book a AED 400 cabana. Lockers are available in the washrooms, but I am unsure if they are chargeable.
Poolside food was average and drinks were very overpriced, but the hotel restaurants indide the hotel offer a great variety of food.

There was not option to add a bed in the room instead they make up a portion of the sofa which is rock hard our child slept poorly.
They had Octoberfest running which meant loud music played until 1am. Even on the 7th floor it was loud.
The staff there are exceptionally kind and respectful!
