حاجز سويت شامل جميع الوجبات، ومع ذلك عند وقت الإفطار تم تحويلي إلى البوفيه الصغير بحجة الازدحام، رغم أنني دفعت مقابل باقة تشمل جميع المرافق والخدمات المتفق عليها. كنت أتوقع توفير تجربة تليق بالحجز الذي قمت به، لا أن يتم تغيير مكان الإفطار دون إشعار مسبق أو توفير بديل بنفس المستوى

The staff specially in water park Rude and the food in the boufet not that nice and the menu it’s more Indian it’s not for local and Arab people or international even

The quality of the room given , though we were told that our room was renovated by the check in counter receptionist,
Friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable facilities, and complimentary waterpark access that the whole we really enjoyed.
The breakfast and dinner buffet could offer a wider variety of cuisines.

لم يعجبني أسلوب السيده العربيه التي حدثتني على الهاتف حيث طلب مني تقديم مبلغ 300 درهم عن الطفلين الأكبر وذلك لانني حجزت بدون ذكر عدد الاطفال ، علما بانني حددت اتساع الغرف تكفي ل ثلاث اشخاص ، وبالرغم من تأكيدي قبل الوصول إلا انهم وضعو المبلغ في الفاتوره

The dinner buffet between 6-8. After 8 pm you don't have much option. The food in wox Restaurant was nice, but the portion was little and waiting time for food like 20-30 minutes.
Swimming pool it has 2 depth either 90 cm or 2 meter.

Some issues destroyed all my staying
House keeping very bad the room they provide me I couldn’t use the bathtub since when I fill the water I surprised that it is sunk ,smelly and yellow color
It destroyed my stay as I can for relax

The water park staff notified me that I used 2 tickets on arrival date at 5:30 PM while at that time we were outside the hotel I requested to show me the CCTVs camera but they did not
