All guests and visitors must be registered at the front desk with physical ID. Acceptable forms of identification include Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC nationals, and a passport. A UAE driver's license is only accepted for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above forms of ID. || A damage deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded via credit card subject to an inspection of the property Early departure will incur in full stay charges. || All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. || All bookings that include the night of December 31st, the following compulsory charges apply: AED 1,900 per adult and AED 800 per child (ages 6-11) on December 31st. Please note the New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy: a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total stay is required, which includes the mandatory Gala Dinner charges. This deposit will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. || Any guest 12 years or older will be considered an adult and subject to adult pricing. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. || Waterpark access will depend on the number of nights booked. For example, a 1-night stay entitles the guest to one access either after check-in or before check-out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Amazing hotel. Excellent customer service, house keeping, pool and restaurant service. Everything was 5+ star service!

No indoor swimming pool for kids
No entertainment in evening for kids
Waterpark was very beautiful and many games beautiful.. The rooms were spacious and clean
I didn't like the delay in receiving the rooms And I didn't like the time of the meal was 8:00 p.m. There was also a delay in receiving Waterpark tickets

The location , the way of welcoming
- cleanliness is not that good compared with previous years I had been visiting.
- my request to get type of room not matching what I asked ( away from elevator, but receptionist gave me the first room close to elevator)
- the shower was not working
- TV also suddenly muted although I tried hard to fix it
- Noise from other rooms, and one big lady stepped into my room with loud voice
