All guests and visitors must be registered at the front desk with physical ID. Acceptable forms of identification include Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC nationals, and a passport. A UAE driver's license is only accepted for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above forms of ID. || A damage deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded via credit card subject to an inspection of the property Early departure will incur in full stay charges. || All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. || All bookings that include the night of December 31st, the following compulsory charges apply: AED 1,900 per adult and AED 800 per child (ages 6-11) on December 31st. Please note the New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy: a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total stay is required, which includes the mandatory Gala Dinner charges. This deposit will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. || Any guest 12 years or older will be considered an adult and subject to adult pricing. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. || Waterpark access will depend on the number of nights booked. For example, a 1-night stay entitles the guest to one access either after check-in or before check-out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. الفندق لم يعجبني هناك حلقة التواصل بعيدة ولا تتوافر خدمات مقدمة بشكل صحيح من الفاليه ووضوح نقص في الموظفين من خلال تأخير دخول الحقائب والجك ان عدم تواصل الموظفين من الفندق مع الألعاب المائية عدم وضوح كيفية الوصول للألعاب والإفطار المشمول غير منظم وتأخير في توفر الطعام على البوفيه وووو كثير
We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel!
The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help with anything we needed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, and within just a few minutes they brought in an extra bed for our child, which we really appreciated. The view from the room was beautiful as well.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options, and we also really enjoyed the hotel’s restaurants for dinner.
The water park was fantastic, our kids had an amazing time! We also loved spending time relaxing by the pool, which was clean, pleasant, and perfect for families.

What an amazing hotel. Reception staff greeted us with smiles and very quick check in. The room was incredible and massive. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a huge selection and the breakfast staff Udeni, Piya, Obaid, Ronan, Pankaj and Nama extremely helpful, full of smiles and quickly attending to guests. The facilities are incredible. Thank you so much
