Fantasztikus, bárkinek szeretettel ajánlom.
Pros:

Fantasztikus volt a kiszolgálás, bár az angollal néha akadtak problémák. Az uszoda, a masszázs és a török fürdő lenyűgöző élmény volt. A szálloda fogadóterének berendezése, a kiállítása a régi érmeknek unikális. Köszönöm.

A tájékoztatás a nyitvatartással kapcsolatban meglepett minket.

An exceptional and extremely beautiful hotel
Pros:

Extremely comfortable in beautiful surroundings. The staff were exceptional and we were thoroughly looked after. Our stay was for 6 nights and we were there with our son who was taking part in the ultra trail 119km so extra convenient being so close to the town centre.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Pros:

受付スタッフが親切で、部屋の変更、空港へのタクシーの手配など、幾つかの場面で親身になって対処してくれました。

Cons:

禁煙の部屋を予約しましたが、廊下、あるいは隣の部屋から煙が入ってきました。また以前は最上階にあった朝食会場が一階に変更になっていて、アンカラの景色を楽しめず残念でした。

Pros:

The hotel is very nice. I had some problems with the cleanliness of the room. The first room that they’ve suggested was not clean. Mr. Kerem at the reception helped me to change with the clean room. I enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable hotel in great location
Pros:

The location is great. You can walk to many places nearby, and there is easy access to buses and taxis. The metro is a 15–20-minute walk away. The hotel has a nice spa with a swimming pool. Breakfast is good, and there is a nice pub on the ground floor as well as one on the top floor. The room was comfortable. The receptionists spoke English and were helpful. Great value for money.

Ein Kleinod in guter Lage zu einem sehr akzeptablen Preis
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen sehr eigenen Stil der sich angenehm von vielen anderen unterscheidet. Die individuelle Ausstattung ist historisch und interessant.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn das Frühstück ein paar westliche Komponenten enthalten würde. Zum Beispiel Rührei, Joghurt und einen guten Kaffee.
