Pros:

La cantina estaba muy acogedora y los meseros del turno de la tarde excelente servicio

Cons:

Mucha gente en la alberca,el elevador no se da a basto,en la parte de atrás de la laguna se ponen personas con sus autos con la música a todo volumen

EL SERVICIO DE LAS MUCHACHAS DE LIMPIEZA ES EXCELENTE, DEBERIAN DARLES UN PREMIO.
EL HOTEL ESTA EXCELENTE, YA ME LO HABIAN RECOMENDADO Y EN VERDAD TODO ESTUVO GENIAL.

NO PODRÍA DECIR QUE HUBO ALGO QUE NO ME GUSTO, QUIZAS LAS CAJAS PORQUE ESTÁN MUY SUAVES PERO ESO ES GUSTO DE CADA QUIEN.

Pretty Disappointing
Pros:

The rooms weren't bad and the people in the restaurant were very nice but this hotel went without hot water for at least 5 days (I left after that) and lied and told me every day that it was about to be fixed. It never was. Also, no one working at the hotel speaks fluent English.

Cons:

I booked a room with a king-size bed, and when I checked in, they told me there wasn't any available. The price for a room with a king-size bed was higher than a standard room with two beds. I took the standard room because it was late, and I did not want to argue with the hostess. Neatless to say, this isn't the first time this has happened.

I wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Nice pool lots of pool chairs and lounge seats

Cons:

No refrigerator or microwave. They only supply one small bottle of water for two people a day. No ice machine so you had to drink it warm. The complementary coffee in the room was not complimentary. When we checked out we were hit with a bill for almost three dollars Canadian per cup. The coffee was bad

Very clean comfortable hotel. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating to us! The restaurant and location was perfect.
