Great location for us
Pros:

Warm chocolate chip cookies. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Reserved a king size bed. But only was offered a queen upon arrival. Elevator was wonky. Bldg needs a remodel.

The elevators weren’t working and kept getting stuck - checked in, got to our room. Pillows were on the floor, there was sticky stuff on the counter. Went back downstairs, asked for a refund. Staff just said sorry about that it was marked clean. I asked for a refund, still haven’t received it. I’ve called 3 times now to speak to the manager- they say they’ve left a message for them and they’ll call me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no one has called me. So not only did I pay 172.00 for this room, I then had to find another hotel to stay at. Do not recommend this to anyone.

Am not too happy with staying at a Hampton hotel again
Pros:

Didn’t get the room I booked on line,room had an odor.toilet stopped up and I had to go down stairs and get a plugger and unstop Toilet my self.

Well-kept property, clean, good location.
Pros:

Room was nicely furnished, and everything was in good working order. It was also clean. Breakfast was ample.

Cons:

A few minor things: no alarm clock in room; no fan in the bathroom; window would not open; bed was a bit soft; pillows were too thin to use one, too thick to use two. Should replace the sausages at breakfast with bacon. But these are small details in an overall good stay.

It was okay!
Pros:

The room was nice, the bed was okay but the pillows were not comfortable. Everything was clean and the man who checked us in was nice!
