Clean, comfortable & convenient.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable & within convenient distance to eateries, shops & places of interest. Room has a tiny balcony overlooking the mountain.

Cons:

Eventhough the hotel has changed the pillow for me, it was still uncomfortable. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and you could enjoy your own spa in privacy with the jacuzzi in the room. Not all counter staff was pro-customer service.

Overall, great place to stay that is close to all the amenities and sights! Would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location! Close to the village and plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. nearby. We had a nice view of the mountains from our balcony which we loved.

Cons:

The rooms were SO HOT. We didn’t expect to need air conditioning in October, but it was necessary in order to keep the room a comfortable temperature.

We also would’ve liked a second plug in on the other side of the bed, but oh well — first world problems.

Wonderful & comfortable 😊
Pros:

Excellent hospitality! The team reached out regularly with thoughtful messages to check on my stay, and they were quick to replace my pillow with a thinner option when I asked.
The location is quiet and peaceful, yet within an easy walking distance to Whistler Village and local shop, as well as scenic trails like Lost Lake. Good thing that I extended it for another 3 nights instead of my original plan to move to another hotel in Pemberton.

Cons:

One suggestion for improvement would be the parking fee—guests are charged the same rate as non-guests. It would be a wonderful touch if the hotel considered offering complimentary parking for in-house guests or at least a discounted rate.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, aber gute Lage
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist immerhin die gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Fußgängerzone von Whistler.
Da wir einiges zu bemängeln hatten, hat sich das Hotelpersonal entschuldigt und sie würden den Mängeln nachgehen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt insgesamt sehr veraltet. Klimaanlage und Küche sind alt, und an vielen Stellen sind die Fliesen beschädigt.
Auch die Sauberkeit ließ leider stark zu wünschen übrig: Geschirr und Töpfe waren nicht richtig sauber, der Nachttisch war nicht abgewischt – man konnte noch die Tassenränder der Vorgänger sehen. Am gravierendsten war jedoch der Zustand des Bettes: Es war teilweise mit Klebeband repariert, die Bettdecke deutlich fleckig und es befanden sich Haare auf der Matratze.
Der Kamin spendet zwar Wärme, lässt sich allerdings nicht ausschalten. Das Hotel ist zudem extrem hellhörig – lärmende Nachbarn haben uns nachts geweckt, und auch der Kühlschrank war sehr laut. In der Nacht regnete es, und der Dachablauf ergoss sich auf ein Blech auf unserem Balkon, was für zusätzlichen, extremen Lärm sorgte.
Parken ist zudem kostenpflichtig und findet in einem sehr engen Parkhaus statt.
Zum Glück war dies für uns nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp – wir dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.
