Excellent stay
Pros:

Stayed for 2 night on trip across the Rockies, Found this to be a Great Location, Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean

Everything, definitely we will be going back. 😀

Everything was good I guess just one little tiny issue, my husband use a scooter since he can't walk. One employee who was doing the cleaning he had the bin with towels and sheets. He saw the struggle my husband was having to get to the elevator since the bin was by the elevator. He saw that and walked away. I had to move it he just gave me an angry look. I asked an other employee to help me to move it he did he was really nice but I had to ask for the help while they just stood there and watch. Please note this is not wanted to make it like a complaint, it's more like to be more mindful and not to ignore anyone whether is an elder or a person with disability. Thank you

Pros:

Great location maybe a 5 minute walk to the town center. Very close to shops and restaurants/cafes. The staff were lovely and the pool was nice to swim in to cool down, there was also a spa pool. The room was great super spacious and the bathroom was tidy. The kitchen had everything you needed and was nice to be able to cook some meals afew nights. The balcony had a great view and was again quite spacious so you could sit outside. The aircon was great but abit loud.

Good value and Whistler is a must see location in British Columbia.
Pros:

The Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them to sort out.

Cons:

The hotel was a little bit dated but I think for the price it was good value. The jacuzzi bath in the suite main area was a little strange. However this did not detract from our overall enjoyment at this hotel.

LOVED THE LOCATION. HOT TUB IN ROOM. VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS. QUIET. CAFES RIGHT THERE.
GREAT STAFF. EVERYTHING WALKING DISTANCE

Cons:

ELEVATORS VERY SLOW. AND NOT WORKING WELL.

Had a lovely mountain feel. Well done.
Pros:

Perfect Stay in Village of Whistler. Location was excellent loved that you could walk around with using the car. Room was clean with everything you needed. Bed comfortable. Love my mountain view. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved the feeling of hotel.

Cons:

I have no dislike of the hotel.

The parking lot is very tight. Had great difficulty parking our truck. Having to back out and unable to turn around in small parking spots with pillars.

Pros:

We had a fabulous stay! The staff were super friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were great. We were able to leave our car there until 4pm on our departure day, which was fantastic. Great location fir walking. Would definitely stay again 😊

Cons:

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Älteres Hotel mit schönen Pool.
Pros:

Volle Küchenausstattung, schöner kleiner Poolbereich.

Cons:

Wir haben die große Straße gehört, Balkon war schmutzig und ohne Stühle. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen.
