Staff attitude was unexpectable, night shift lady was very arrogant and when I discussed about the extra charge of incident that she was asking so she didn’t convince me and even she refused to check-in me and return my id card and give me a shut up call to go somewhere even I reserve the hotel online non refundable price. She didn’t check my booking status and didn’t realize that I was with family and refused directly to check in. How she has authority to refuse my booking that was paid.

Nice stay and convenient location
Pros:

Travelling with 2 bicycles they had put us on the ground floor with easy access. Good sized room, clean, well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast included was a bonus even if it was help yourself in Reception Area. Good location.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

The location was pretty good.

Cons:

The title of ‘Luxury’ is laughable. It is very basic lodging built probably in the 80’s and appears to have had no updates since then.
