SEDE UN POCO ANTICUADA
Had an enjoyable stay. Upon getting to the hotel I was a bit early. I was promptly greeted by Witchelle. She had a smile on her face and was a joy to speak with. She had a full lobby of guests checking in/out and was rather busy. I explained that I really need first floor and she made that happen for me. Some hotels do not honor this request on last minute; however, she took the time to change things around. The room was not cleaned yet, however, she pushed them to get it ready for me to fully check in. That's the customer service I appreciate and why I am a Hilton member. I travel often and knowing that when I arrive at the hotel adjustments can be made goes a long way. Great Job Hilton Team.
Quiet at location. I was able to walk in the mornings. There are stores nearby and the staff was very nice and patient.
Everything was fine with me by son. Just had a problem with the chair in the room. A little dirty, but I told him he can put a towel on it. He said, no, it got blood stains, mother. So then I told him, don't sit on it. But the room was clean, that was comfy bathroom was clean.

Está muy venido a menos, lo único que le han hecho en los últimos años es cambiar las sábanas y toallas, la infraestructura es la misma, las alfombras viejas, le hace falta una actualización o por o menos pintura y cambio de alfombras y mobiliario, ya le han sacado mucho rédito, es hora que vuelvan a invertir, muy caro por lo que está en estos momentos. El desayuno sigue siendo muy bueno, sencillo pero suficiente, hay café todo el dia disponible.
Una lástima como lo encontramos, espero que lo mejoren sino es difícil que volvamos.
