Pros:

Rooms were spacious comfortable and very clean. Staff were pleasant and entrance to hotel was nice.

Cons:

No separate bar area. Breakfast wasn't worth the money.

Hotel je na skvělém místě. Personál je naprosto perfektní. Vsechno čisté a upravené. Tak jak to ma být. Vzdy se rád vrátím.

Cons:

Trochu malý výběr na snídaních. Jinak ale vše v naprostém pořádku.

Pekný hotel, ale problém s batožinou pri príchode
Pros:

Hotel celkovo splnil očakávania a pobyt bol príjemný. Izba aj čistota boli na úrovni päťhviezdičkového hotela.

Cons:

Veľké mínus dávam príchodu do hotela. Medzi recepciou a výťahom je medziposchodie so schodmi, takže si hosť musí kufor niesť sám. Chýba tam aspoň rampa, po ktorej by sa dala batožina pohodlne vytiahnuť. Pri hoteli s označením 5★ by som očakával automatickú pomoc personálu s batožinou, najmä keď treba ísť po schodoch. Práve takéto detaily odlišujú bežný hotel od skutočne päťhviezdičkového servisu. Keby mali túto vec vyriešenú, dal by som hodnotenie 10, nie 8.

Pros:

Poloha, čistota, příjemný personál na recepci i u snídaně.

Cons:

V den odjezdu je možné odhlášení až ve 12 hodin. V tento den ale pokojská vešla uklízet do pokoje již po desáté hodině bez zaklepání. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem vycházela ze sprchy, bylo to velmi nepříjemné. Potom čekala za dveřmi, až se odstěhujeme.

Un séjour très agréable grâce au confort de la chambre, l'emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville.
Pros:

Les hôtels Mamaison à Prague offrent un cadre élégant et confortable, particulièrement apprécié pour leurs chambres spacieuses et calmes. Leurs emplacements stratégiques permettent d'explorer facilement la ville, que ce soit au bord de la Moldau (Riverside) ou à deux pas de la place Venceslas (Downtown). Enfin, le petit-déjeuner buffet y est constamment salué pour la fraîcheur et la variété de ses produits. C'est une valeur sûre pour un séjour réussi dans la capitale tchèque

Franchement, tout était très bien ! Je n'ai pas eu de mauvaise surprise durant mon séjour.

Neu renoviertes, hell und freundlich eingerichtetes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe direkt an der Moldau
Pros:

Schön renoviertes, helles und modern eingerichtetes Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrums am Ufer der Moldau. Die Suiten sind sehr geräumig, mit hohen Decken und bieten einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Altstadt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Frühstück schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Im Hochsommer kam leider die Klimaanlage an ihre Grenzen. Frühstücksraum etwas beengt.
