Pros:

Great comfy rooms & bed in it. Great view from balcony.

NOT a five-star hotel
Pros:

I really liked the minimalist interior finishes and decor. The building itself is very beautiful and has a sophisticated design aesthetic. However, unfortunately, it does not yet seem to be fully ready to accommodate guests at a true five-star level.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was uncomfortable due to poor soundproofing and the inability to open the window for fresh air. Being close to the elevator and reception area, we could hear almost everything and were unable to rest properly. In addition, several basic five-star amenities were missing, such as a large mirror, a steamer, or an iron, and the hotel also seemed to cut costs on housekeeping, towel replacements, and toiletries.

Pros:

The room and the hotel were beautifully renovated. The personnel was friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early without additional fee and when the bar was not able to give me a tea can with hot water, I was given a free tea bag to take into my room. I really appreciated the extra service. The location was excellent as it was close to all the main attractions and many cose restaurants and cafes as well as metro and street car connections. The room was clean and the housekeeping friendly and polite.

Cons:

The breakfast and the breakfast room could have been better. The room door was poorly sound isolated.

мы поехали в прагу отмечать 16-ую годовщину свадьбы. я предупредила отель о цели нашего визита. Обычно хорошие отели предоставляют небольшои комплимент и это сразу ощущается как забота о клиенте и поддержание статуса отеля. К сожалению, комплимента не было. немного обидно. Еще странно, что в отеле нет кондиционера для волос. Есть шампунь. есть даже крем для лица. Но нет кондиционера для волос. это для меня очень странно. это странно как для 5 звезд. Пришлось бежать в магазин. Нас было три человека( муж, я и ребенок) и нам подожили 1 зубную щетку. Ну и самое большое разочарование-этл завтраки. Очень плохой завтрак. Почти нечего есть. я так не разочаровывалась в завтраке даже в трехзвездочном отеле. Очень плохои завтрак и невкусный кофе.

La suite était très spacieuse et confortable (bien plus belle que sur les photos), la propreté exceptionnelle, et ce dans les moindres détails, particulièrement dans la salle de bain. Nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir une vue féerique sur la Vltava.

Cons:

Le supplément pour notre chien de 55€ par nuit ! Ce montant est annoncé seulement au moment du check in lorsqu’il n’y a plus d’autre choix que d’accepter. Plus de transparence serait attendue de la part d’un établissement de cette catégorie.

Ganz tolle zentrale Lage am Fluss, sehr schöne große Zimmer, extrem hilfsbereites freundliches Personal

Frühstück war sehr gut, aber Frühstücksraum nicht so schön. Nur sehr wenige Hotelparkplätze, die auch sehr teuer waren
