Prepare before you go this hotel and request things in detail before you arrive

Violetta at the reception was a great help. The vieuw from 1202 was great. Good airco and beds.

Cons:

There was No decent solution for parking my car. The garage was full. The noice at the breakfast was terrible day after I sit outside. I requested a quit room did get a room at the poolside with terrible life music. Later I move to the other side and high floor.
My beautiful car I Parked outside was covered with dist from the building activities.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del paseo marítimo de Calpe, con locales de restauración, tiendas y hay una farmacia al lado. El hotel dispone de parking privado de pago y unas pocas plazas gratuitas. Enfrente hay un parking de tierra, muy amplio pero muy bacheado. Nuestra habitación resultó cómoda y silenciosa. El baño estaba bien equipado, lo único que tiene bañera y hay que tener cuidado de no resbalarse. El desayuno buffet está bastante bien, con opciones de dulce y también de salado

Cons:

El día que llegamos lo hicimos un viernes a las nueve y veinticinco de la noche. En un primer momento, pensamos que no habíamos llegado a la cena, pero durante nuestra estancia nos enteramos que los viernes y los sábados el horario de la cena se alarga, así que sí nos habría dado tiempo a tomar algo en el comedor. Nos dieron una cena fría que consistió en un sandwich con una loncha de jamón york y otra de queso, un poco de fruta y unas bebidas. No nos pareció que hubiese buena comunicación al respecto

Cons:

Llegamos sobre las 12 y tuvimos que esperar hasta casi las 16.00 para que estuviera lista la habitación. Luego si te hacen abandonar a las 12, con lo cual pienso que si te obligan a entrar a las 16.00 , deberías abandonar a las 16.00, porque es lo que pagas.

Excelentes vistas, habitación agradable. Buen servicio. Mientras esperábamos a que prepararan la habitación, nos invitaron a tomar algo. Y al hacer el check-out, nos dieron una botella de agua para el camino. Buena animación en la piscina para niños.
