The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it’s a 15 min walk to Hyde park, which is a really pretty little trip!
The room looked like harry potters under the stairs closet honestly. Luckily it cooled down later in the night, but on arrival the room was so hot. On the top floor so added heat. There was a fan provided but all it did was move warm air around. Left the windows open while I was out and luckily by 11pm it was cool enough to sleep but can imagine it would be horrendous if it was a hot night

Couldn’t get early check in which was a pain
Location was very pleasant, good access to underground and good choice of places to eat. Room was a decent size, with air conditioning a bonus in the recent heatwave. Also, pleased to see a lift, so no lugging luggage up narrow staircase.
On booking we filled in the allergy section of the booking form requesting gluten-free bread for breakfast as I am a coeliac. We then received a further form from the hotel requesting information, and again we filled in gluten free requirements. On booking in at Hotel Reception, we asked if they had noted gluten free request, which they had. However, went to breakfast next morning - NO GLUTEN FREE FOOD!!!! The breakfast assistant said he had not been informed!!! What is the point in filling in forms and telling reception, if they don't respond. It's not as though there is any alternative for me - paid for a couple of slices of cheese, an apple and yogurt.
Excellent location. 24hr reception which is great for later or delayed arrivals. Good size room with comfortable beds and an aircon unit. Ensuite bathroom.
The ensuite was a wee bit pokey, no shelf for toiletries.
Close to Paddington station
Badly needs renovating the bathroom in particular was not great
A small bed and breakfast hotel, which was exactly what we were looking for. Exceeded our expectations in all respects. Comfortable, spotless, quiet, nice part of London adjacent to Kensington Gardens. Breakfast adequate, though maybe not a lot of choice for some, but fine for us. We had asked for and got, a quiet room though I suspect they were all pretty quiet. A smallish room but it suited us fine and there were more coat hangers than are often found in much grander hotels. Would use again, recommended. (We would suggest using Lancaster Gate underground rather than the suggested Paddington, if for no other reason than better pavements to wheel suitcases !).

Good location, only 10 minute walk from Paddington station.
The room we were in was quite small, the shower was tiny and there was no ac in the room. When on a hot summers day and you’re in the room, it’s like a sauna. The breakfast was really disappointing with not much choice. The milk left out for the cereal was warm so you can’t even have any cereal.

Staff entered our room without any warning 2 hours before our check out time.
Gute Lage nah an Paddington Station und nahe Hyde Park und Regent Canal. Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer.
Fenster mit schlechter Isolierung und damit nachts kein Lärmschutz. Keine Klimaanlage. Schlafen daher schlecht möglich. Bad extrem klein. Bett für ein Doppelzimmer sehr schmal. Frühstück für den Preis Hotel armselig.
La ubicación era perfecta
La alfombra tenía mala limpieza y considerando la ola de calor, el baño sin ventana y la falta de aire acondicionado, sin refrigerador, acceso a agua fría, sumado al espacio pequeño de la habitación hicieron que se nos dificultara dormir. Probablemente en invierno hubiera sido mejor la experiencia.

No Aircon in the 35 degrees plus heat, but there was a fan in the room
The window in the room didn't close properly so the room was not fully secure

The shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced
