Location was great. Room was small but adequate and good value for London.
The pillow was very hard!
The location is brilliant if you want to go to Woodbury shopping outlets.

The room was easily accessed and close to reception. The location was just by London Street that leads directly to Paddington Station, and offers many convenient late-night shops selling fruit and water. There are also all-night pharmacies close by on Edgeware Road.
I visited the hotel several hours before the permitted check-in time and wanted to ask about leaving a case there. Instead all I did was confirm that a taxi booking I had tried to make in advance through the hotel via a request on booking.com had in fact not been made. Somehow I didn't directly ask if they could store my larger case until check-in time. They didn't suggest that obvious service either. I ended up having an accident with too many cases on an escalator at a London station later in the day. The iodine solution needed to disinfect the wound subsequently stained their bed sheets - which I offered to pay for. They declined my offer, but the accident and staining wouldn't have occurred if I could have left a case with them for a few hours before check-in. I can't exactly blame the hotel for this - I didn't directly ask for the service - but I wish I had done - and one could argue that they should offer the service spontaneously if a customer arrives early with cases that might be needing temporary storage.

Camera molto piccola, la finestra non si apriva sicché non è stato piacevole starci non essendoci la possibilità di un ricambio d’aria. Impossibile ricaricare i dispositivi in quanto non presenti prese e/o adattatori UE (abbiamo provveduto a richiederli in reception ma ci è stato comunicato di comprarcelo).

Bagno inutilizzabile, troppo piccolo persino per un bambino, per lavarsi i denti o il viso la porta andava lasciata aperta.
Va bene spazi contenuti ma qui veramente nn esistevano.
Solito albergo ricavato in vecchie case londinesi, un dedalo di scalini e microcorridoi.

Lo staff abbastanza disponibile. La struttura dispone di ascensore. Abbastanza pulita. Colazione non molto variegata ma soddisfacente.
La stanza non era il massimo del comfort. All'arrivo l'abbiamo trovata molto calda e abbiamo scoperto che non era presente aria condizionata. Tenendo la finestra aperta ovviamente il rumore del traffico era molto forte così come gli odori dei ristoranti circostanti.
Il bagno molto piccolo e la ventola non funzionante. Luce principale non pervenuta.
