The Pet Friendly program is limited to only 1 (one) animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats are accepted (considering a weight of up to 10 kg and/or a height of up to 16 in, from paws to shoulders) and at least 4 (four) months old.

In addition, the pet's accommodations has an additional cost of BRL 100.00 + VAT per night (charged separately from the nightly stay rate).

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not a parent, a written Accommodations Authorization is required for the minor to check into the hotel. A lovely place with friendly staff
Pros:

Very lovely and kind staff, always available to help and make your stay the best possible. Delicious breakfast, quiet, spacious and clean room, and comfortable beds. The location is also very good, in a safe area, right by a beautiful park. We like it a lot!

Localização é fenomenal. Em frente ao Parcão e fácil de se locomover para qualquer local de POA. Equipe atenciosa e muito prestativa.

Cons:

Falta um pouco de cuidado com detalhes. Por exemplo: nenhum copo no quarto, cofre sem bateria, plaquinha de "não perturbe/por favor arrume"não disponível - coisas simples que quando não estão presentes são facilmente percebidas como descuido. Outro ponto, como o edifício não é novo, entendo que deveria haver mais cuidado com a manutenção. Pia entupida por exemplo. Mas de um modo geral, o hotel é bom.
