I won’t stay there again nor will I recommend it
Pros:

It began with not only where the curtains dirty, but they didn’t close all the way. The sink has to have the plug out in order to let the water drain. The bathroom is old and not in good condition. The room was very small. Stains in the bathtub and caulking was bad very bad towels were very thin with holes in them and we opened the refrigerator to put our ice back in and it was solid ice. I just barely managed to put the ice back in. I think it was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in, however on a positive side the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Cons:

The room that we stayed in as I mentioned was dirty not dirty from the housekeepers, but it hasn’t been upgraded in a long time

Overpriced for the quality.
Pros:

Convenient to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Decent continental breakfast.

Cons:

Elevator out of order. Door to bathroom didn’t close. Carpet in stairway was dirty. Room needed updating. Bulb in lamp burned out. Very expensive.

No toilet.

Check in was easy and staff was nice

Cons:

Our toilet didnt work. The whole time we were there. We got there and it was broken, it would not flush correctly. We told the staff member at the front desk and were told he would try to get it fixed. We were then gone for at least four hours. The toilet was not fixed. When I am paying $300+ dollars for a hotel I expect my toilet to work or be made into working order for my stay.

Would not recommend and never going back.

Not much. The bed was firm I like that.

Well where to start. The front desk lady was very un personable and we waited at front desk for 10 minutes just for her to come out of the back room. The front lobby appeared dirty. We got to our room #320 and it smelled like cigarettes. 🤬 not good. The air conditioner made all kinds of rattles and noise. Not good. We felt as if breakfast was very poor for $300 a night. Muffins cereal and granola bars are not what one would expect at a hotel of that price range. If it were not as late as it was and very tired we would have asked for our money back and left. We just needed the bed. the experience at your hotel was very poor. We are not people who write bad reviews this was just a very poor experience!

Underwhelming on most fronts.
Pros:

The bed was good and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were dirty. The bathroom door was severely warped and didn't shut. The window screens were nearly falling out. The air conditioner rattled LOUDLY. The road noise was obnoxious and the window didn't shut tightly.
