The breakfast was pretty good, although it would have been nice to have more hot food, but it was decent
Half pancakes, waffles, or something other than cereal. And yogurt it'll be nice.
Basic breakfast. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, breakfast bars. Good coffee!

Good price
Hot tub in room was great. I did not like other rooms filling their tub and turning the jets at 11:30 P.M.
Hotel super hard to turn into because of proximity to the intersection.
Quick check-in. Clean room.
Room with 2 queen beds was cramped for even 2 people.
Tub was chipped and shower control corroded and perhaps missing a part.
No maid service during 2-day stay; did not refill coffee-making supplies or bathroom amenities in room during 2-night stay.
Absurdly high price for this quality of lodging, but it WAS during a weekend at a very desirable tourist destination.

Of the 6 hotels we stayed in over the 2 weeks of our traveling, this hotel had the best shower and the second best bed.
The breakfast was a true "continental breakfast" with pastries, cereal, fruit & yogurt, but it wasn't as good as the breakfast offered at Choice Hotels which included waffles, eggs, omelettes, sausage, and/or biscuits and gravy.
The other issue was the carpeted floor. It was very dirty and needed to be professionally cleaned, not just vacuumed.

Check-in was at 4pm as the sign says it is at the front desk I pre-checked with my arrival at 4:30pm the day before. Thought my keys would be there when I arrived at 4:15pm. I did not get my room until 5:50pm and missed dinner plans with my friends while waiting in the lobby during this time and seeing 4 other parties get their rooms before me. This is unexceptable especially for a Genius Level 3 member!

That was offered a late checkout online then when I asked for it took having to call and message 3 times and never got answer till after 10 am when I had to call again because head of house keeping was not in. And then was told the latest I could stay was 12
So why is it online you offer a 1 and 3 check out
