Cons:

The hotel had bed bugs, the management refused to refund me for the miserable night I spent there. They promised to refund me but upto now I dont get any response from them. Extremely disappointed, Very unprofessional to treat a customer like that considering they infested my clothes with bed bugs. I had to incur extra costs to laundry everything.

Breakfast was absolutely awful. Completely unhealthy processed rubbish. No real healthy option other than scrambled eggs which was cold and overcooked. Not even any healthier bread.

Good value and great staff
Pros:

Great location very clean and amazingly friendly staff and breakfast was fantastic

Cons:

The rooster and the karioke next door and all night parties were an issue we didn’t really follow up on

Overall it was a pleasant experience with nice staff
Pros:

Convenient location just a 2minute walk to the beach front. It is however about 700m away from Dmall.

Cons:

A lot of mosquitoes outside the room so we were conscious to not keep the door open when we go out to hang our wet clothes

Pros:

Next door are an ATM, restaurants, and little shops, so you can get supplies easily.

The hotel is located a little bit away from the beach, so you have to walk but it's quieter at night.

Cons:

No recommendation.

They have a policy to clean the room on request that effectively leads to dirty rooms. When I arrived the room was noticeably dirty. I requested a cleaning for every day of the stay and after about four days, the room reached an acceptable maintenance.

Similar to the cleaning they have a policy for changing bedsheets and towels. I noticed blood strains on the bed sheets upon arrival. I requested changing the bedsheets every day but the blood strain remained exactly where it was before. So this "service" is not effective.

I asked the hotel about a transfer from Caticlan Airport. They came up with some obscure figures about the costs arguing with risen fuel costs. So I looked it up myself and found out that you can just book the transfer at South West Tours (like the hotel) way cheaper and additional or raised charges for the fuel. I don't know why it was necessary to lie.

I booked one of the smaller rooms. This room is actually really small. It also misses a few essential things, like a wardrobe or good place to put the luggage. Also there are only like two bars suitable for drying your clothes.

Many things did also not work or worked poorly. For example, the Wi-Fi was so weak that I had to switch to expensive mobile data. The hairdryer was poorly operating, taking forever. There also was a flashlight installed that did not work.

Next door was a noisy construction sight.

Don't drink from the water dispenser as it seems to be tap water.

On checkout they charged 250 Pesos for a broken glass, as a cherry on the top.
